I was contacted within fifteen minutes and an appointment set. I was given an estimate promptly and the work completed without a hitch. Their price was also the best.

My experience with Gutters for Less was not pleasant. The manager John was unprofessional and down-right rude when I tried to resolve a communication problem on the day the job was scheduled. The communication between the office and field staff is very poor. The office staff requires more customer service training. I would actually not give them 1 star, but the rating sheet required at least 1 input

Gutters for Less did a good job, my only concern was after I paid then in full I did not receive a receipt on the spot and they posted their advertistment in my front yard without my permission and I didn't get a discount for this at all.

The workers were on time and were very professional. There was no debris left after the work was completed. I would recommend this company.

Great work, fast service, not cheap but professional

got an estimate on wednesday and had an appointment on Friday. They came early in the morning and the technician politely told my wife they don't have the right material for the job then they left. I call to set up another appointment on next monday and they came w/o my present and got the job done.

Materials were fine, overall structural parts fine. Work was sloppy: downspout on front of house extended beyond splash block; downspout was installed unevenly and strap was smashed with a hammer (right at eye level on our historic house that sits directly on the street); a 3" strainer was placed upside down over a 4" round downspout, allowing debris to get through in rains. They will need to return to correct these and other shortcomings.

They came out and gave me an estimate in the time frame quoted. They completed the job on the day scheduled and I was satisfied with their work. I had called two other companies to give me an estimate as well one never showed up and the faxed me an estimate three days after the job had been completed.
