Very professional team lead by Mr. Rory McCarty who did an excellent job exterminating for termites. From the estimate to the completion of the job, we were very pleased in the way Mr. McCarty took his time explaining the whole process to us. Normally we would have gotten at least one other estimate but after meeting and listening to Mr. McCarty we did not need to look any further. Rory came by and conducted a very thorough inspection. In the process of the inspection he explained what he was looking for and told us what to look for with termite activity. He also explained what the treatment process would consist of and how much it would cost. When the Bug Boys came back for the treatment they were very professional. They again walked the perimeter of the house and explained what they were going to do. They drilled the concrete, treated and refilled the holes and you can barely tell where the holes are. They trenched the perimeter of the house and treated, then refilled the trench. After completing the treatment, they drove pine stakes around the house, so they can tell if there is any activity later. We are very pleased with both the service and the value.

They did a great job and their customer service was exceptional. They explained each process and each step; very professional. We felt so confident with their performance, that we signed a contract that afternoon. I would strongly recommend Bug Boys without hesitation.

Not the cheapest quote I had but seemed to be willing to negotiate in order to get the business. Was prompt and work was done quickly. Factoring in 3 year warranty was a factor in my choosing then. After all is said and done, price worked out to be about the same as another contractor I was considering.
