I discovered termites on a Sunday morning. I went on Home Advisor and found positive reviews for Bug Boys. I set up an appointment for Tuesday am, but Rory contacted me immediately. He was at my house in 2 hours, confirming I had a bad termite problem. He was able to address termites that had invaded an internal corner of my room and Bug Boys was back on Tuesday treating the perimeter of my house. They were competitive in pricing and very professional.

They are a great company to do business with.

The owner Rory completed a thorough inspection. He explained all of my options and answred my questions. He provided a competitive and accurate estimate. After reviewing all of the estimates I chose Bug Boys because of their good reviews and honesty. They performed termite and pest services for our house. I watched the tech treat for termites and pests. He was very thorough and when he was done you couldn't tell he was there. He explained what he did and answered my questions. I am glad I used Bug Boys and would recommend their services.

This is not the only company we discussed our problems with, but were clearly the best one for the job. They are up-to-date in training and equipment and flexible in picking the best approach for particular aspects of problems. They take a lot of time for questions and made sure we understood everything going on and everything about the treatment being recommended to get rid of the bugs. This was our experience both during the first inspection/assessment visit and the followup treatment visit. They are really good about scheduling - another client had an issue that took an unexpected delay and they went to great effort to work out a rescheduled appointment for us that worked perfectly with our schedules. Awful to have the bugs but getting rid of them was much less of an ordeal than we expected, and this is 100% attributable to how well Rory McCarty and his company know their business. P.S.: I wrote this review in June 2019 but for some reason it does not appear now, in 2021, among the other reviews for Bug Boys, so I've now gone into the original text and am editing it with this "P.S." and am hoping it will now successfully post because these are really good people and anyone with problem bugs will do themselves a big favor if they get Bug Boys to come take a look.

I'd rate Bug Boys Pest Control with 10 stars if I could! The knowledge and professionalism Rory, Cory and his crew brought to the job was impressive. They went above and beyond and did an extremely thorough job, they were respectful of the property and took the time to explain the processes involved in the project. I got quite an education. Financially they were on target with no surprises. I have already recommended Bug Boys to my Friends and Family and I suggest if you need termite services call this company, you absolutly won't regret it!

Great. Knew what they doing

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this project with Bug Boys Pest Control, LLC. Rory, the owner was quick to communicate with me and schedule Coming to examine my home for pests. He was so thorough and Methodically went through checking the inside and outside of my home. Then he recommended to me what needed to be done, even sent me Videos for my further education. I felt totally confident in hiring his firm. It is less than a week later, and the work has already been concluded. His crew were also knowledgeable and kind. I definitely recommend this company for any and all of your Exterminating tasks. Sure you will be pleased.

I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience of Bug Boys Pest Control including: Prompt service, explanation of my problem with attention to detail, what to expect and how to react after completion of service call.

I like the fact that I was dealing with the owner of the company a d not just a receptionist at a large company. The cost was a little more than some but also a little less. I used them because I felt like they knew how to do the work.

They completed the work I needed right at the time I got the estimate. In less than 30 minutes the job was complete. Home needed treatment and they were reasonable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

Their initial bid was not the lowest. However, because thy were doing another job nearby, so they offered me a price $50 below my previously low bid, for the same high quality treatment, and threw in an ant treatment as well. They did an excellent job. You can hardly see where they drilled into concrete.

They were very informative, they were very patient with my questions. They wanted to make sure the job was done right so if there was anything I brought up they would listen to me and they would come up with options to make sure my needs were taken care of. Rory, the owner, was very helpful in answering any questions I had and willing to spend time explaining what the work entailed and what was going to be done.

Bug Boys was amazing!! I love the information and the videos that bug boys was able to share with us prior to them visiting the home. They really put time up front in their brand and business. It shows, even when they came to our house and we did not have termites they told us that and we're honest verses still trying to get the business. I will throw them whatever business I can!!

Excellent communication and response time. I had a concern with box turtles that I was rehabbing in the area that needed to be treated and the owner contacted experts for me and took special care of all my needs. The workers were all advised and supervised for my special needs. All the workers were polite, conscious and helpful. They cost more than some others but it was worth every penny.

Excellent Customer Service. Needed them for termite preventative. Quick response, workers that came to do the job were prompt and efficient. Good value.

Mr. McCarty is very professional, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he respond immediately, but he answered all my questions, and was very patient. He had a crew out the very next day to resolve the issue. I am so grateful that I found him, and cannot thank him enough.
