Rory has years of experience and he was very thorough, digging around our house for free finding old termite tunnels, but then discovered new live termites in the mulch outside our hone, so we hired him. They were here for hours doing work, and the contract is good for 8 years but they will come back yearly to check on things for $150. Good reassurance never to have termites!

Service was quick and efficient. The honesty in the work that needed to be done and how it was to be done and the price helped me to make the decision to use Bug Boy. I highly recommend their service and will use them again if I need termite service.

Honest, knowledgeable and responsive. I was selling my home and the buyer had a termite inspection completed by another company. They claimed evidence of termites and sent me a very high quote for treatment. My realtor tried to contact several pest companies to get competing estimates but they would not without charging me for another inspection. Seems like there are many scammers in the industry (like HVAC). I finally found Rory who is very knowledgeable not only about pest control but also bureaucratic requirements. Down to earth, honest and responsive. He had his team at my house that same day, completed treatment, provided documentation and saved me hundreds of dollars over the competition. No need to look elsewhere.

This rowhouse is 120 years old and my parents did little to no real renovation. Noone lived in the house for 18 months so the termites had a real party. I obtained 3 evaluations and estimates from reputable companies and one of the 2 recommended the same approach that Rory did. However he shared pertinent information in lay terms and showed me the issues first hand; such that I genuinely trusted him and that resulted in my decision. The team arrived on time and gave great customer service and while it was apparent to me that he is truly an expert who enjoys his work, he is hilarious and enjoys his customers too!

Rory is extremely knowledgeable and was the only inspector who even bothered trying to see if there were termites in the dirt. Other inspectors just said they can do the treatment. Rory got on hands and knees and poked around in the soil to actually see there were indeed termites on my property.

Great service. They really know a lot about termites! Was only service of 3 called to find actual live termites (in the yard, not in the house). They found evidence of past termite damage and did a preventative treatment ($780) around the perimeter of the outside of the house. Top notch. Rory showed me active termites and damage. Scheduled treatment within days of inspection . Whole crew knocked it out in no time. Not only Rory but entire crew very professional. If ever need services again, will call Bug Boys to handle it.

A big shout-out to Rory!! He explained the entire process in detail and actually did what he said he would. Bug Boys did it the right way (which was usually not the easy way considering our landscape)! Other companies told me how they would approach difficult areas around our house, which was easier for them and a shortcut. Rory's team (alphabetically: Sam, Seth & Spencer) was great!! I couldn't imagine a nicer group of young men. Everybody was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Clearly they focus on customer service ... how refreshing in this day and age where so many companies are out for the quick buck. Great job Bug Boys!

If you have a termite or suspect termite CALL RORY, he is a knowledgeable, honest, and customer-centric kind of leader. He will only recommend what is right for you, he will not do half a job. So, is best to ask for his opinion even if you do not hire him. Thank you guys.

Happy to add another 5 star review. Rory was very communicative and up front about the whole process, from the treatment and chemicals used to the timing and cost. He is someone who is clearly very enthusiastic about his work and invested in doing a good job, and it shows. Was able to fit us in promptly, came out for an initial quote and wore a mask, followed social distancing, which I appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Rory is owner and he came personally to inspect my house within 2 hours of my call. He crawled EVERYWHERE around my house to find termite evidence. Please note this review is for the handling of my request. I did not hire any pros. Upon giving more details of the issue on a small fence to Rory he quickly determined the cause of the saw dust ( carpenter bees) , and he was right. Rory was professional and friendly on the phone.

Rory from Bug Boys and his employees were wonderful! He came out to assess my house for termite damage within a couple hours of our first contact. He was extremely informative and really explained what was happening and the different approaches that could be taken for treatment. He even sent videos of the process to show me exactly what they would be doing. Their prices were the most reasonable I found for the treatment being provided and they were out in 3 days to complete the work. (Other companies were telling me it would be at least a week before work could begin,) I felt there customer service was wonderful and they left everything just as they had found it! Would definitely use them again in the future!
