It has been a challenge finding someone to paint my kitchen cabinets, it has also been puzzling to understand why contractors don't show up as scheduled BUT, Mr. Chavez came out to give the estimate when he said he would and gave me a date when he could start the job and I have got to tell you the cabinets are beautiful, their professionalism and work ethic are top notch and I will use him again and will recommend him to others. Very satisfied customer.

I would highly recommend F. Chavez Painting and General Construction. They were contracted to prep and paint all of the exterior trim including the front and basement doors and shutters. The work also included the replacement of any aged or deteriorated exterior wood trim. F. Chavez's prices and quality of work were great. They scheduled work quickly and worked around my schedule. Value for my money was 5+ stars. I hired Chavez for interior painting of 9 rooms & closets prior to selling my house. In getting prior estimates, I felt like I was haggling over what work would be done. F. Chavez said he would take care of it, and he did. This was a professional crew, who were willing to accommodate my schedule. The walls and ceiling were prepped appropriately, so the topcoat looks terrific. Ceilings were expertly lined. The wallpaper was removed, and walls were prepped to an impressively smooth finish. Best choice!
