Shout out to Chavez Painting & Construction, Ft Washington, MD! Wilian Chavez & his crew did a great job repairing torn drywall and nail pops. They were quick, neat and attentive to detail. They were very careful & respectful of our home, being careful to cover all surfaces and openings to protect from drywall dust and paint. Even vacuumed each day after removing drop cloths and plastic barriers! Highly recommend and have them in mind for future projects.

Chavez did a beautiful job! Crisp Clean lines, the doors look brand new, the living rooms look so fresh. They did in 3 days what would could have taken me a month to do poorly on my own. This is my second experience with WChavez and definitely will consider a third when the need arrises.

Wilians and his team were truly professional. They arrived before or own time each day and performed an excellent job. They were well organized and took their job very seriously. The walls in the Great Room and kitchen area were extremely high and I was amazed at how they painted those walls to perfection! We are extremely pleased with the work that was done for us by Mr. Chavez and his team. From the initial call for an estimate through to completion of the job, each step was well done. The team showed up on time each day, worked hard, and completed the job ahead of schedule. They prepped and painted an extensive amount of the exterior our home to include several doors, 20 window shutters, our large barn, and let-in shed. They noticed an issue with one of our french doors, they brought it to our attention, and made the necessary repairs without an increase in the cost. That was impressive since it required extra time and effort by the team. We were kept informed throughout the process. The team performed a cleanup of the job site and everything looked great when they were done. They did an outstanding job and we definitely plan to hire them for other projects inside or of our home. Highly recommended!

Wilians was very responsive and stayed in contact with me through the scheduling of the job and the work being conducted. His team did a great job caulking and painting the shutters and trim of my two story home with basement windows. He even fixed some issues around the door left by the builder at no additional charge. Overall, it was great attention to detail and my home looks like new.

They did an outstanding job. Originally, I had hired them to completely paint the inside of the house. Their attention to little details such as drywall repairs that I did not see really speaks to the quality of their work. They completely updated the look of my house, and while they may not have been the least expensive bid for the job they certainly gave me more than my money's worth. I would absolutely hire them again (and will)! Willans was fantastic to deal with.

Shortly after my fiancé and I moved into our new home, we decided the first room we wanted to update was the kitchen, starting with painting the cabinets and replacing the handles. We asked the previous homeowner for painter recommendations, and he recommended Mr. Chavez! We contacted Mr. Chavez, explained our ideas, and asked him if we could get an estimate. He was very prompt once we contacted him, answered all of our questions, and gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate. He and his crew of 4 were available that same week to start. We assumed the job would take at least a couple days. Little did I know that they would be able to complete the project in just one day! They arrived right on time (even a few minutes early) and stayed until the very end of the day to finish. They made sure to clean up everything after the job was done as well. Mr. Chavez and his crew were very professional, hardworking, and friendly. We were very impressed with how efficient they worked, and extremely pleased with the quality of the job! We are so happy with the results. I will include a few before and after pictures…it was like an instant facelift for our kitchen! Mr. Chavez his crew did an outstanding job. He showed up on time and repaired the dry wall cracks in our kitchen ceiling to the point that you cannot tell there was a crack. Then he and his crew painted the ceiling which extends from the kitchen into the dining room. He also painted the very high hallway that goes up to the second floor. He and his crew were very meticulous and did a great job in cleaning up. Highly recommended.

After seeing some of his prior work on Instagram, I contacted Chavez Painting for a free quote. He came to my home and provided the most affordable quote than others I had received. He explained the process, which included providing a down payment, and we scheduled the dates. Chavez made the entire process as easy as possible for me. Once booked, I sent him all the colors I wanted and he purchased the paint and supplies. He also responded quickly to my texts whenever I had a question. I was sent a reminder prior to the date and make sure we were ready. The Team arrived on time and quickly set-up. Prior to painting, his Team dusted the walls, spackled nail holes/uneven surfaces, and used painters’ tape throughout. They brought all necessary supplies and great care was taken to avoid making messes. They laid down painters’ cloth on the floors, counters, and all exposed furniture. His entire Team was friendly and easy to work with. I work from home so they took care to keep the noise level to a reasonable level. I was at ease and felt safe to leave them under the supervision of Chavez himself while they worked to complete their tasks. We have several cats and a dog and, although I kept them contained to the basement, managed to get free a couple times to approach the Team in their curiosity. The Team were very nice to them and understanding while we captured them. As promised, work was completed within 2 days and was exactly as quoted. Chavez Painting did an excellent job painting my 2-story entry and entire main level including laundry room and pantry. Service went above and beyond including ceilings, baseboards, doors, and moldings. I will definitely be booking Chavez Painting to do my upper level as well as additional home improvements.

I can’t speak highly enough about Wilians Chavez and his crew. Wilians arrived on time to give us an estimate on Monday and the work was scheduled for the next Sunday/Monday just prior to our carpet installation. His team of 4 arrived on time to start work on Sunday and completed the work the same day. The job involved replacing sheetrock where a wall was removed and then painting the walls and ceilings of 3 rooms, a hallway and a stairwell. The workmanship in replacing sheetrock was of the highest quality and the paint job was superb. Wilians and his crew are professional, polite, and hard-working. We will recommend Chavez painting to everyone we know and would hire them again in an instant.
