Everything went wonderfully. They were on time to the appointment. They were friendly and professional as well. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and would use this company again.

The ducts in the house were filthy. The previous owner was a heavy smoker and showed evidence of greasy cooking. The duct were coated with a sticky grease that held the dirt and smoke. One of the reasons that I went with DUCTZ is that they use brushes to clean the ducts, not just air tools. They are a bit more expensive, but worth it for cleaning the greasy type of residue on the ducts. They also completely cleaned the air handler, which in my case required removing the fan to clean it because of how caked on the crud was. They took before and after pictures of each register. It was great to see the change from a nasty, sickly yellow to a clean normal galvanized metal duct. The guys were very courteous, and carefully explained what all they would do and what the charges would be, BEFORE starting the work. The base price includes 11 registers/returns, with an additional $15 for each additional one. I had 12 grills, but as they took the covers off to clean them, they determined that 3 of the returns went nowhere (most likely due to renovations). So they cleaned around those 'fake' grates anyway and removed them from the bill. They were also very careful not to track dirt in the house every time they had to go outside to get in the basement. They wore boot covers to help keep the place clean. I would highly recommend DUCTZ to anyone. They may be pricier than some others, but it was worth it for the level of cleaning that I needed.

Following frequent complaints by my husband of sinus headaches and living with a 92 year old father with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, I concluded the air quality of our household needed attention. As our home was built in 1953 and never had the duct work cleaned, it seemed like a logical place to start. It took me about two weeks of searching with a trusted core group of contractors to find a company that met our needs. I am extremely picky and expect top notch workers and quality work. I live in Baltimore Maryland, but know that he services a very broad region in Maryland and the surrounding states. We have never used a franchise company but instead have always contracted privately for our home needs. My hesitation of dealing with a franchise was dissipated after the first meeting with Mr. Jasion. I asked Scott for 5 referrals, which he immediately provided. I contacted all references and without exception received stellar accounts of their experience with Scott and his technicians, Jason and Jamie. Each contact went into great detail describing their very positive experiences with this crew and satisfaction with the work performed. Some of the referral clients had allergies, others suffered from asthma; each stated that the duct cleaning made a huge difference in the quality of their lives. From start to finish, this was one of the most professional contractors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business over the past 34 years. There was not a single issue with him or his guys. They further showed great care for our property putting cloth booties on over their shoes, when entering our house, laying drop clothes over floors and carefully moving furniture out of harm?s way. They were all excellent! The three gentlemen were at our home from 10 a.m. until 6p.m. I think they took about 15 minutes in their truck for a lunch break. Rarely do I get to see this type of work ethic. They put in a very full 8 hour day. They took numerous before and after photos within the ducts, which provided visual documentation to the quality of their work. The equipment used was top notch and spackling clean. Our furnace area with its blower was disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, vent grills were removed and power washed. Jaison also did a few extras not written in the original estimate. Their superb quality of work and commitment to their trade was really quite remarkable. Scott, Jason and Jamie are such good guys and bent over backwards to please.
