AutoStream Car Care Center - Ellicott City

I worked with Larry and he was very helpful, honest, timely and knowledgable. I was told by dealership I needed front and rear brakes. I knew I needed rear brakes because of the grinding so assumed same for the front. Larry and his team looked at my car, and found that I still had 80% left on my front brakes and only needed repair to the rear for now. They took the time to provide a full overview of the cost associated for each item. Really did an excellent job and very professional. I'll likely bring my car here to get future service as opposed to the dealership!! Thank you Larry for an excellent job, I greatly appreciate it! Juliet G

Great service! My wife’s power steering went out far from home - horrible screeching and the wheel wouldn’t turn. After a quick phone call and tow, the car was in the shop and the problem diagnosed. Not long later, she was on the road again. Very glad that she found quick and professional help.

It was a rough start at first only because my car didn't pass the inspection. Coming back from the U.K. my car had some light issues due to regulation standards. I couldn't get anyone to fix the issue until the following week. Once the issue was fixed, I returned to get the car reinspected. Larry and Kevin were so NICE, COURTEOUS, and HONEST during the entire ordeal. Even more amazing, they didn't charge me any additional fees (going over 1,000 miles). It was a pleasure meeting them and I would recommend them to anyone! It's truly refreshing to come back home to the U.S. where great customer service is actually a thing.

I dropped the car off the morning on the day before they were scheduled to work on it. However, by that afternoon, the car was ready. A new fuel pump was installed at no cost to me. They guarantee new parts for life and there was no haggling when it failed.

Dave at the Ellicott city location was great. A very professional person who was very helpful. He arranged for a tow truck and gave me a loaner car so that I could pick up my daughter at school later that day. He also provided me with timely updates on the status of my repair. I highly recommend.

It went fine. I did give "B"s for punctuality and responsiveness because the wrong part was delivered and it took a little extra time. I will very likely use AutoStream again, as they were honest, fair and reasonable price.

Excellent. Very accommodating with the schedule. I'm new to the area and they provided lots of good advice and directions to places. Gave me a loaner while my car was being repaired. Professional, polite and very friendly. Highly recommend.

The inspector did not know the law regarding tint on the rear windows of an SUV. I sent them numerous references about the tint law and instead of the inspector verifying the law, they made me take the vehicle to the state police to have the tint approved. This was a major inconvenience that was unnecessary since the law is very clear about tint. Their error almost cost me a $100 to have all the tint unnecessarily removed. I feel sorry for anyone else who had to pay for tint removal because this station did not know the tint law and was unwilling to verify when their decision was questioned.

Excellent service, fair prices. They never ask you to do unnecessary things and they always explain everything and all of your options.
Very friendly, easy to get appointments and overall just a great experience every time. We moved to the area last year and had to find a car service place and we are very lucky to have found this one!

I take all four of my cars to Autostream because they do such a great job! As a single mother with children still at home, I don't have the time to keep searching for the best place for tires, for brakes, etc. The Ellicott City Autostream is my go-to for everything! I don't bother trying anywhere else. Although they can sometimes be a little pricey, it is well worth it when you know that they are trustworthy and that the job is done properly. I constantly recommend Autostream to anyone who has car issues. With four cars there is always a car which needs something, so it is giving me such peace of mind to know that I can trust them. I think Kelly is the perfect blend of professional and compassionate, as well as seeming to know everything about cars! I'm so glad I found them! It is such a relief and gives me tremendous peace of mind to know that they are taking care of me. I am well cared-for.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The work area and waiting area are nice and clean.   All the work was explained to me in a very understandable way.  Kelly McGregor has always been so helpful, friendly. She lets me feel that someone is really looking out for "me" and my welfare.
She totally takes the stress out of having my car serviced.

They were very professional, easy to deal with, honest, and punctual. They will steer you away from tires if they feel you can get it done cheaper somewhere else. The get the job done when they say they are going to.

They are a bit expensive, but they are very professional in their dealings and I will continue to use them in the future.
