Response from Sparkletime Cleaning Service
I have to first apologize to the customer for finding her shampoo in a plunger bowl. I had a meeting with my crew when I saw this review, they were as shocked as I was, and they did not seem to remember seeing that. There was a lot to do in that house, there were clothes and everything everywhere, they spent two hours arranging before they even cleaned. In regards to the disinfectant touch that the customer said she did not feel, I really do not know what that means. We are not going to use chemicals that are used to clean hospitals or crime scenes to clean a residential home, which can be harmful to kids and pets, even to adults. We have used the same products for over 7 years and never heard such. We use the same products as other cleaning companies, in fact some customers request for green products to be used to clean their homes. We know one single error or omission can make some customers very angry but it will be easier for the customer to call us and inform us so we can go back and fix it, we are not a perfect company but a very hard working crew. There is no such thing as a perfect company! We just make sure we do not make the same mistake twice. The best auto companies have recalls... We did a walk through with the customer, she expressed that she was so impressed and even tipped the crew over $30 (I would think the customer did that because she was impressed). We seldom get situations like this though. I wish I could interview a customer in a situation like this. My question will be why did you say you were greatly satisfied after the walk through and why tip the crew if they did not do a great job? -;)
