Robert's Flooring

This was for a whole-house installation of pergo-type laminate. Robert responded quickly to my query and came out after-hours for the estimate to accommodate my schedule. Absolutely no BS and no "sell" at all, he simply presented the information in a knowledgeable and concise manner. He promised to have the estimate for me by mid-day the next day, which he did. All items listed separately and clearly with a price. And the price was exceedingly reasonable! He worked with me to redo the estimate when I picked a different type of flooring, and when I decided to break the job into a couple of phases. Each time I felt confidence in his honesty - he took care to explain and even show me the figures. Installation was scheduled to be one and a half days. Robert and his five-man crew arrived on time. He discussed particulars with the crew leaders, then they began to install the flooring. They worked efficiently, like a well-oiled machine. They made good progress and were actually able to finish the job in one day, Since I was not prepared to have it finished so quickly, they helped me in moving things I was planning to move the following day. They took great care with my belongings and nothing was broken. They installed felt protectors on the bottoms of all my furniture. The finished floors look absolutely spectacular! What a transformation! I would recommend Robert's Flooring without any reservations whatsoever, and how rare is that in this day and age? Old-fashioned honest and great service! His crews were timely and methodical in carrying out their tasks, i.e, one crew installed new hardwood flooring and the other sanded and re-coated an existing floor. The work was outstanding and as important, the crew respected my home and were attentive in doing no harm and removing debrie. I have already recommended Robert's flooring to friends and family. Finally, his pricing of both projects were reasonable.

Very professional and organized

Robert's Flooring made a difficult decision for me very easy. Great price, excellent customer service, and integrity. What else could you ask for in a contractor. His crewed arrived on time, and did an amazing job. Finished the job a lot sooner than I thought too. The crew cleaned up after they left. Even left the loose change they found in the old carpet on the dresser. LOL! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Robert and his crew are top-notch!

I give Robert's and his crew and A++ . My call for a quote was answered very quickly, with a very fair price. The crew arrived exactly on time and completed the job within the quoted timeframe. First of all, Robert isn't one of these guys that will take 45 minutes to sell you on what he wants to install in your home. The quality of their work is impeccable. He told me the job would take one day and it did. His cost was $3800 less than bigger companies. There was a minor issue that I brought to Robert's attention and he came and fixed the issue on the same day. We love our flooring and absolutely would recommend Robert's services to anyone. Save a lot of money and still get the same quality; hire Robert's Flooring.

Robert was wonderful he responded right away he showed up on the date and time to give the estimate he was very polite, caring, likeable, and professional. I had a total of 3 estimates, but his estimate was the best he has good ratings and I am very thankful I hired Roberts to do my laminate flooring. On the day of install his workers showed up in a timely manner they were very professional and polite they removed my old carpet, padding and staples they screwed the squeaky sections of plywood to the joists. Robert is our favorite: very thoughtful, intelligent, and personal advisor. Before we met him,there were seven of other floor managers in our new house.Some of them were rude or not ethical at all, some others tried to take their time, up to 1-2 weeks(!!!) with an estimation. We decided to do the next project with Robert ONLY!

Robert always responded in a timely manner, even when we had to reschedule two separate times. Work performed professionally and included removing three layers of previous flooring. We installed new hardwood floors on our entire bedroom level We bought the wood from one of the big box home improvement stores. Robert and his team were awesome. They beat the price the store was gonna charge me by a lot and did an impeccable job. Cleaned up well and are so polite . If you bought wood from a big box store. Let these guys install it for you.
