Service Provider ResponseIt is always hard to read that you did not deliver 100% customer satisfaction especially when your company has not even serviced the potential client's home. While over 90% of our business is in Howard County, we are thoughtfully expanding into certain areas of surrounding counties, especially in Montgomery County. We are very conscientious not to affect the quality of our crew's work by having them travel long distances. In order to do this, we try to group clients with similar cleaning cycles in close proximity. When I first spoke with [Member's name removed], I was informed she wanted either a bi-weekly or monthly cleaning cycle. I was prepared to start [Member's name removed] if she had decided to use our cleaning service and chosen one of these cleaning cycles. It would have been a perfect fit for the cleaning crew that is already in her area. When [Member's name removed] decided to choose our tri-weekly service which is an every three week cleaning, I was unprepared to start her since the rest of the client’s in our area were on a different cycle. I take full responsibility for not informing her sooner that we would be unable to service her cleaning needs immediately if she chose that cleaning cycle. Service Provider ResponseAs owner and president of Pioneer Custom Cleaning, I would like to respond to the member comments regarding our service. We serviced the member's home from June 3rd, 2002 to April 6, 2009 when she canceled her service. No reason was noted for her decision. She then resumed her service on March 29th, 2010. In the interim, she told me that she had tried another service. We were happy to have her resume and did an initial clean at no extra charge even though the condition of the home had greatly deteriorated. Each time the member called, I visited her home the same day to evaluate her concerns. When her concerns were heard, we reconciled them together, and I believe, to our mutual satisfaction. However, it became apparent to me that we were not a good fit and the staff was in a no-win situation. I terminated service to her with explanation, and wished her well. This occurred on May 12, 2010. I am startled that over a year later, this evaluation was posted. I am saddened for both of us. Regarding accidents that might occur, we are very clear with our staff that if an accident happens, they let the supervisor on the team know immediately, and it is reported to the client and the office. Unfortunately, accidents will happen as we touch hundreds of things in a client's home on each visit. Our staff is aware that no penalty is given to them and the company absorbs the cost if any.
Service Provider ResponseIn response to the client giving us a "B" for quality, we called the member to see if there was anything we needed to rectify in order to get an "A" rating. The member assured us that our quality was worthy of an "A" rating and was not sure why a "B" rating was given. She is very satisfied with the service.
