Horrible, to say the least. He was an hour late to our settlement, he made a mistake in our offer that ended up costing us 3,000$. He told us afterwards that we were lying about it and that he was sure he did not make a mistake. He wouldn’t put our offer in the day we asked because he said he had “things to do”. Overall, it felt like he was working against us, rather than with us. We were first time home buyers and it’s obvious he tried to take advantage of that with us.

We had a great experience with Rachel Sturm, who had just joined Keller Williams when we were looking for our first house.  She was super patient with us and showed us a ton of houses.  Her experience and knowledge showed at every step of the process, from quickly spotting signs of water damage that we would never have noticed to patiently "dumbing down" the legalese in our paperwork so we knew what we were signing.

Rachel was always very responsive and would answer our calls or emails within minutes.  Once we were ready to put in an offer, she constantly kept us apprised of what was going on, and walked us through the addendums and counteroffers.  She was also very honest with us when we had whittled our choices down to the last few houses, and gave us her opinion on which houses were the best value and which would be difficult to resell later down the road due to higher county taxes, the school district or other factors.  When we were THIS CLOSE to getting our house, but the seller didn't want to pay for a warranty, Rachel bought it for us!

Rachel's service to us didn't end after we had the keys to our new house - she gave us referrals for a plumber and painter to do some work we wanted to start on the house, dropped off some firewood for our new fireplace, and even answered real estate-related questions for a friend of mine living in TN! 

We can't recommend Rachel Sturm at Keller Williams highly enough!  We'll definitely refer our friends and family in the area to her when they're ready to buy or sell!

They were helpful. We tried to prepare as much as possible from Oregon, and they did some background searching for us. We wanted a map of the Columbia paths, and they sent us one. They helped us find a home inspector. When the inspector found problems, however, I think the real estate agent could have provided more insight into the problems. We later learned that they are common in Columbia, MD. The agent should have known that.
