Working with Chandler's was efficient and painless. They were able to perform all repairs while I was out of town and I returned to a shiny, like-new car. They professionally did the repairs and I cannot tell where the damage was. Chandler's worked with the insurance company on cost and any revisions to the estimate. With the frequent texts and phone calls, I was informed about every step of the process. Would definitely recommend and use again.

You cannot tell my car was damaged at all. I have an electric blue metallic paint and it is difficult to match. They did a good job. The shop kept me posted on the progress on my vehicle almost daily with exception to the weekend. My only complaint is they tried to clean all my windows and just left streaks everywhere.

From the first phone call to walking out with completed repairs, the Chandler's team was professional, responsive and very efficient. Any questions I had regarding the process of the repair and insurance company interaction were quickly answered. Unlike past experiences at other auto body shops, Chandlers never left me wondering about the status of my repair. The cost of the repair was covered by insurance, but given the damage, wouldn't have been sticker shock if I'd had to pay myself. Chandler's is on my favorites list.

Replaced rear bumper after an accident. They were able to find me a reconditioned bumper that saved me a lot of money. It looked like new. They gave me options about small additional items that again saved me money. They painted and replaced parts as needed. The work was done promptly and well. I was completely satisfied with the work and would use them again if needed.

Our car was involved in an accident with a commercial van. The van was attempting to make an illegal turn and ended up hitting the rear quarter panel of our Acura. The folks at Chandler were very professional and took the time to explain the repair procedure and the duration of the repair. They dealt directly with the other driver's insurance. They also worked with Enterprise to provide a rental for us. While the damage did not look too bad, once the repair had started they informed us that the floor panel in the trunk was damaged and would require additional work to straighten that panel. The car was kept for a few additional days. When we got the car back, we were very impressed. The damaged area was completely fixed. The car was detailed and looked good as new. Will definitely use them again.

My car was backed into in my apartment parking lot by neighbor and I took it to Chandler's for estimate on 7/25 and dropped it off to be fixed on 7/30. It was ready the day promised and I am a satisfied customer.

When I dropped off my car at Chandler's there was no wait. I immediately had the shop manager reviewing my claim and comparing it to the damage on my car. The whole intake process went smoothly and quickly. The windshield scratches didn't buff out (Chandler's was doing what the insurance company required) so I came over to inspect it so I could tell the insurance adjuster if I would accept the scratches at a reduced deductible or if I wanted the windshield replaced. At that time I did note to the shop manager that it appeared that the subcontractors who buffed the windshield had accidentally buffed the wiper arm. The shop manager assured me he would take care of it. Anyway, I opted for windshield replacement and Chandler's handled all the details with my insurance company for me. The repair progress was professionally explained to me along the way and the repairs were completed on schedule. When I took delivery of the car it looked amazing! I can assure you I looked things over very carefully since I wanted this brand new car restored to showroom condition. There was no hint of the rock ding and the paint color and finish matched and blended perfectly. It was like new! The same goes for the windshield, though I did note a small strip of rubber sticking out and the shop manager pulled it off and said it was excess that had been left behind. Also, the wiper arm damage was non-existent and also restored to new condition as promised. Now I did find some minor blemishes in my meticulous examination of the vehicle. There were some micro scratches on the fenders and areas around where the work was performed, I presume from the subs working on the car. There was also some adhesive residue at the base of the A-pillars, I believe from the subs installing the windshield. I opted not to bring these blemishes to the attention of the shop manager because I figured that on my next trip to the mall I will have a big ding that would dwarf them all. Subsequent to the repairs there were heavy rains and the windshield did not leak. Also, the final finishing touch was a nice thank you card from Mr. Chandler himself.

Chandler's had been recommended to us by a friend. John Dolan, the shop manager, was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning. When he was unable to find a suitable tailgate at any of the local salvage yards, I asked him if I could buy the necessary after market parts and have them shipped to Chandler's. He agreed and this saved me several hundred dollars in terms of markup. I would provide the parts and he would provide the labor and paint. He could have easily insisted on Chandler's providing the parts which would be marked up. I think that it says a lot when a business will work with you in this fashion. He promised the vehicle in three days and was true to his word. I could not be happier with the quality of Chandler's workmanship. The tailgate and quarter panel look just like they did 23 years ago when I bought the vehicle. Warranty? Life of the vehicle...
