This deal was perfect! Changing the locks on a new home is the first order of business for any homeowner. In addition to re-keying four locks, Charles fixed a door that failed to close properly for an extra charge. He also made extra keys on the spot, saving me a trip to get them done. All four locks work well.

I called and they responded right away. Very quick response and very punctual. The price was reasonable. They were very courteous. Was able to access all my necessary items to me immediately, but the cabinet wasn't able to be salvaged.

He was awful. He was brand new starting out to change my door in my condo. It took 2 and a half hours. He couldn't cut keys. He was here on September of 2016. He might be better now, but he was just brand new, it was not what I expected. It was more than $75 because he had to buy a different lock set. He was professional.

Excellent. Mr. Brooks came out on a Sunday Afternoon (!), got the door open, and replaced the interior mechanism.

He rekeyed the locks but some of them are loose and keep turning. He told me the locks that used a key on both sides count as two locks. I was never charged double before. I had two pay 120.00 more than my Angie's price. 123.00 for six locks. I had eight locks but he charged me for ten. It took three hours for him to rekeyed the locks. He took so long on the first one (35 minutes), I called his cell to make sure he was okay. He said he had a "snafu" but everything was ok. I had to cancel my plans to wait on him.

Went great. The worker did exactly what he was supposed to do and very patient and pleasant to talk to. He was also fast. Alot of other companies charge a ridiculous amount of money but this price was very fair to complete a very fair deal. Re-keying one door should never cost more than a hundred dollars.

I am pleased with my selection of Mr. QuickPick as my service provider! I contacted Mr. Brooks 1 day prior to the scheduled closing for my new home, we discussed what I might need - and determined the $99 special was a suitable purchase. Once on the scene, it became clear that 1 of the existing locks would need to be replaced instead of just re-keyed. Mr. Brooks provided me with an education about various locks pros and cons. Ultimately I decided to replace the existing lock with a Schlage Keyless Deadbolt Lock (my choice and cost, I love it!). Mr Brooks spent more time than originally alloted for the job (he had to go to Lowe's to pick-up lock/install it), but he was a consumate professional in ensuring that the job was completed and my home safety was secured. He is very personable and was fun to talk to, and - bonus- he had a lot of good advice for additional safety precautions to take! It was well worth the money to change and upgrade the locks on my new home - from Day #1.

I presented the project requirements over the telephone which included the details of the Angie's List Coupon. Mr. Charles right on time got to work immediately all was well until he continue to count doors that were not present and wanted to charge for that invisible doors. At the end of a very long process we filled up the ticket and I paid the invoice while mr. Charles was present, I was told but he would email a receipt. I received an email, however it was an invoice for an additional three times the amount that was already paid. Needless to say the email has gone ignored I will not pay anything above what we agreed to at the time of service. Left an unfavorable taste in my mouth I will not use or recommend Mr. Charles on the future.

I hired Charles [Mr. Quick pick] via Angie's list to repair and replace locks in my home. Charles replaced 2 locks and re-keyed 3 locks. The pricing I feel was okay He checked each lock with new key to ensure that everything was in working order. Now the fly was open on his pants, which I found a bit unnerving; however I did not address. But otherwise I took his professionalism into account and would use his service again.

Provider was punctual, neat, and got the job done quickly. He had me try the keys to make sure they were working properly for me before he left. He offered receipt but I told him that I didn't think I needed one since the sale is documented on Angie's List. He told me that if I decided that I needed one, that I could contact him and he would provide it.

Charles arrived early and we spoke/texted many times in between the days leading up to the 18th. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was glad I booked early because he can get busy. His ratings and rates were competitive. Plus, he did not sound "wishy-washy" with his responses which some other providers give. I described the work and my client's house as best I recall, 2 locks rekey and enter, he quoted at $140, but mentioned it could be more for other locks. He ended up doing more work on the garage and the $20 extra charge. That is agreeable and reasonable to expect since he would not know what he was facing at the time.
