Exceptionally well!
Description of Work: Refrigerator and freezer were not working. Responded immediately and identified problem just as quickly. He had the part and the refrigerator was fixed within an hour of calling him! WOW!

Description of Work: My frig was not cooling. Mr Weinstein came in, told me the two scenarios that could be the reasoning (one good, one bad) and asked what I wanted to do. He saw that he could do a quick fix with no guarantee but it would be the best test for the situation. I agreed, knowing that it could have bad results. I happen to have been lucky and it is still running, but I appreciated his honesty as well as pleasantness and overall professionalism.

Description of Work: Mr. Weinstein is very competent very honest. If you present information about your problem appliance on the phone, he will tell you truthfully whether or not it is worth fixing. He has a lot of knowledge and is very helpful. I have used him to fix a dryer, evaluate by phone a dishwasher (which on his advice I did not fix), evaluate in person a stove/oven which he fixed in part but advised replacing in the near future. The more information you provide to him, the more information he generally can impart to you. His manner may come across as a bit gruff or short at times, but he is a sweet, kind man who really has your best interests at heart.

Description of Work: Mr. Weinstein repaired the fan in the freezer compartment of my refrigerator. The appliance is about 15 years old and parts for repairing the unit are non-existent. Mr. Weinstein fabricated a replacement fan & installed it to a custom fit in the unit. His work was outstanding. Moreover , he performed this repair on a Sunday afternoon at no-extra charge! Excellent work!

Went exceedingly well.
Description of Work: I am a real estate broker. The refrigerator died sudenly so we needed quick response. Property was a Townhouse in Gaithersburg.I called at 9:15 AM, they called back 10 minutes later and asked if I could meet at the property in 30 minutes. The repair guy replaced a part in 20 minutes From start to finish was about 1.5 hours! Fast does not describe it. Being in the service business, I really appreciate this kind of service. 5 stars! Description of Work: This may be an odd review, as we never met Mr. Weinstein, but he answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon, heard me describe our problem with the stove, told me what was wrong, and told me how to fix it. No service call, no major weekend service charge, in fact no charge at all, just excellent pleasant service. When we do need someone to come to the house, he'll be the person we call.

They were great. I called on a Saturday and they were there by Monday afternoon. They were nice, efficient and left me a reasonable bill.
Description of Work: My dishwasher was not working. They came out, were able to come when I was not home, tightened up some wires to make an electrical connection better and let themselves out.

PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE. THE WORKMEN ARE ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR BIGGER PROBLEMS IN THE PAST AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
