This property management company can not be found on better business bureau. The assistant returns all correspondence from a g-mail account. The billing website looks as if it is run on an old operating system and the bills are not easily understood. Payments are posted to incorrect accounts. The assistant is rude and does not research solutions to customer problems. The owner is not responsive. I'm not sure this management company is licensed. I'm not sure why my condo association chose to use this company. When this company first took over the accounts I used to get multiple e-mails stating my account is overdue when it was not. Two months ago my payment was posted to someone else's account then I was told that my account was up to date only to get another late payment notice in the mail the next month and now I've received another this month. When I asked the assistant if she could send me a statement documenting all payments in the system, she told me that I didn't need that and that she would just send me the part of the statement showing where my account was credited with the proper payment. I copied the owner on all correspondences with his assistant and he has not contacted me at all to clear up any misunderstandings. I sent him an e-mail to request a meeting to better understand their billing statements. I'm not sure if I will hear from him as he's yet to respond to any other correspondence I've sent him. The past due statements that are sent out do not state the amount or date of the last payment received. Instead it is a long wordy document highlighting the amount the customer now owes. I've suggested to the company that a statement with past payments be sent with the letter and I was told by the assistant that we receive coupon books in the beginning of the year to keep track of our payments. What I suggested is completely different from a coupon book. If a company tells a customer they are late on a payment they should offer the courtesy to state when they last received a payment and how much that payment was, especially if they have in the past misplaced a customer's payment. I'm completely frustrated with this company.

I like absolutely nothing about them. Covenants, bylaws, completely unresponsive to issues, many issues. No notice of meetings, no agendas, no follow up. One of the worst I've ever seen. How we got in contract with them is beyond me. This guy is pathetic, horrible.
