I was having issues with my ice making leaking water onto the floor. Mohammed came out very quickly. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it easily (and at a fair price). The ice-maker works perfectly now. I'd use him again in a heartbeat and I've already recommended him to others.

I called about my icemaker that was not functioning properly. Mohammed called me back promptly and was able to fit me in to his schedule and come by and replace it. He is courteous, punctual, and does not charge for unneeded work. I've hired him again.

Technician explained the problem and repair needed, priced out the parts and labor to do the repair. We decided to replace the dishwasher instead of repairing it.

Did job well. Had to remove oven from wall to get to wires that fell through. Had special tool to do it.

It went perfectly. On time, diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it. Can't ask for more.

I called Ascend. He came the next day, on time. Was able to fix the issue without difficulty. The machine works great! He left the work area clean. I definitely will us him again for all my appliance needs. Highly recommend!

The Technician from Ascend was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very efficient in determining what was causing our washer to stop working . After the service was completed he stayed during a full wash cycle just to be sure that the issue was fixed. He even gave me great recommendations on products to buy in the future. I highly recommend using Ascend for any appliance service needs.

Mohammed responded quickly to my request for a quote, offered a reasonable quote for replacing the cooktop, ordered the part, and promptly installed it when the part came in.  Mohammed was very professional and informative, and a pleasure to work with.  The whole experience was great - I will definitely use Ascend Appliances again, and highly recommend them.

Mohammed was terrific. He was very responsive from the first phone contact. I knew what was wrong with the dishwasher (outside/top control panel broken), but when he came, he was able to make it hold on enough to operate better until the new part came.
The new part had to be ordered. He said it could take as long as two weeks, but he called the next week and said that it was in and he could come the next day. We communicated via phone, email, and text - whatever seemed the easiest for the moment.
As he completed the work, I asked him various questions about using the dishwasher. He had tons of useful/helpful information about interrupting cycles, rinsing dishes or not, use of various soaps, etc. 
 He was recommended to me by my kitchen contractor, and I would absolutely use him again. He was very professional, helpful, and really knows appliances. I took his business cards to give to neighbors and friends.

It went extremely well. He was on time, efficient and explained exactly what was wrong, how much repairing 3ach part would be, gave me options and his recommendation, which was not to fix it. Since they do not sell appliances, this meant they would only get the service call fee from me. I highly recommend them.

Gas dryer was making grinding noises when spinning.  I suspected damaged gears and/or belt/chain mechanism for spinning the steel drum.  Machine's age was a  factor, leading other services contacted to recommend immediate replacement.   Mohammed Fizazi, Ascend service manager, recommended he have a look first to see if there was a better solution.  He looked up the model and determined he had the spare parts available if, as he suspected,  the problem was the rubber foam gaskets surrounding the dryer door and drum.  He was correct!  Replaced the gaskets and put the machine back into working order in less that an  hour.   I had anticipated this great service as Mohammed had done work for me previously at two rental properties with the same  successful results.  His professionalism is without  doubt the best I have encountered in years of home ownership and managing rental properties.  He and his firm deserve an A+ rating.  Fyi:   He waived the diagnostic service call charge because he completed the recommended repair.

Mohammed is always on time and very polite when in our home.  He does a thorough check to make sure he is certain what the problem is and explains it to us, so we understand exactly what is going on.  He always tries to complete the job as quickly as possible (usually that day) or if a part is needed he does his best to expedite.

It was an easy and quick transaction and saved us from having to buy a new washing machine.  The gentleman (Although I did not catch his name) was there within the allotted time frame, assessed the situation and fixed the washer within 10 minutes.  We greatly appreciated this as we have a household of 6 and a lot of wash to do on a regular basis!

The entire process went very well from start to finish.  We have no complaints.

I called Ascend's service technician Mohamad when my ice maker stopped working, and he promptly appeared later that same afternoon.  I had mistakenly cut off the water supply, and the unit had frozen up.  Mohammad quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  He has repaired multiple appliances for me in the past -- diswasher, gas range/ovens, clothes dryer -- and always promptly and at a fair price.  Plumbers, electricians, HVAC guys are easy to find.  Top quality appliance repairmen are not.  Mohamad is the best and a really nice guy to boot.  I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Our Kitchenaid dishwasher was not cleaning dishes in the upper rack nor dispensing rinse agent. He found that the motor was malfuncting and ordered a new one for us. It came in 2 days, and then he quickly scheduled a visit to install it, which I appreciated. This project him to remove the dishwasher to get at the part.. Work was done quickly and professionally and with minimum mess or disruption.  Now the dishes are clean and al lis well. :)

We set-up a time for him to come out. He did not show. Called almost 3 hours after the fact to tell me to contact him if I needed the work done (?)

The motor in my Maytag washing machine went up and needed to be replaced. I called the provider and he was able to give me the date and time of my requested visit. He came on Friday and diagnosed the problem with my washer. The new motor was ordered and he came out on Monday and installed. On Sunday night it snowed 8 inches in our area and he came out in the afternoon and installed the motor which works perfectly. He provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend him.

 I contacted Ascend appliance via phone on Tuesday, 3/4/14 to repair a faulty cooktop on my stove. I was able to speak to the owner and scheduled an appointment for the following day, 3/5/14. Mohammed was very pleasant person and extremely knowleageable. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of the visit. It was found that I needed a replacement for a dysfunctional part, which was luckily in stock. He arrived the next day, and promptly repaired my cooktop. 
   I found Ascend Appliance through Angie's list and after visiting his website, decided to go with him primarily based on his ratings, and reasonable pricing. I am highly satisfied with the intial consultation and repair. I was impressed by how quickly the process moved.  I have not used the cooktop since the repair, as it was just fixed today, but there is a 90-day warrantee and Mohammed took his time to test the cooktop multiple times, post-repair. 
I am very happy to have chosen Ascend Appliance and will definitly work with Mohammed again for further appliance repair needs. I definitely recommend Ascend Appliance!

I sent an online request to Ascend Appliance Services to schedule an appointment to have my broken washing machine checked out.  I was contacted by phone within a half hour of sending the request, and a technician was sent out the same afternoon.  The technician was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  He discovered that the washer needed a new motor and said that it would cost a total of $365 for everything (parts, labor, etc.).  Then we discussed my options....basically either buy a new washer or fix the old one.  I decided that I would go ahead and have it repaired.  We set up the date and time (which was a day and a half later, because the parts had to be ordered). After the technician left, I thought about it for a while, then changed my mind and decided to just buy a new washer, rather than repair the old one.  Since it was after their work hours when I decided on a new washer, I called them back the very next morning to let them know that I changed my mind.  They were very understanding and so polite.  I will definitely call them again if I have another appliance that needs help.  The cost of the diagnosis was $60, which I thought was a decent price for having someone come out on the same day.

   Everything he did for us was exceptional work.  Both timely and efficient.  His pricing is very fair.  What more can you ask for?
        By the way, did I mention that he is one of the nicest and most courteous people I've ever met.  I recommend him to anybody that needs help for appliance repair.

The tech showed up the first day , on time and ready to work, of course the dishwasher ran fine, the tech informed me since it's working okay now not much he can do, but if it acts up call me and I'll come back, sure enough the next day it fails, I call him , he says he'll price out the parts ( he's convinced it needs a new motor) I said okay, week goes I don't hear from him, so I call him, he says he hasn't got an estimate on the parts yet, I said it doesn't matter, I need to fix it (this dishwasher cost me 2000$ had to be cheaper to fix than replace)He said he get the parts and come out Monday (the 21st) no call, no show up, I'm thinking maybe it was out of his league. looking for someone else now
