It was great. The team of two was very professional. They arrived on time. I showed them the holes. I thought I would have to provide the drywall, but they provided everything. With other services, sometimes if you get two workers, your time becomes 2 hours (2 men*2 hours = 4 man hours), but they worked the entire 4 hours. They were pretty neat in their work. They repaired a large hole in the ceiling caused by a broken water pipe. They plugged the hole and smoothed the drywall. There was still time remaining after that repair, so I also had them repair some smaller drywall damage in a closet. It was a great deal and I was very please with their work. I would recommend them.

There was some initial difficulty in scheduling an appointment. The technician was unable to arrive at the appointed time, however, the owner came to my home, apologized and explained that a replacement technician was in route and would arrive within an hour. Once on site the technician completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and departed.

The contractor showed up on time and repaired 3 places in the drywall, none of which were minor enough for me to try to fix. They did a great job and left the place clean.

Provider was very difficult to reach to schedule the work and was dishonest concerning contact difficulties. With the assistance of Angie's List, the contracted work was scheduled and performed. The quality of the work was find. However, a failing grade in communications.

They did not arrive on time .Arrived 30 minutes late. Did called before the appointment that the beltway had a slow down and had to take an alternate route and would arrive about 30 minutes late. . They Pointed out those cracks that I had missed and ask if they should do those. Very professional and cleaned up after they were done.

JCabido was extremely efficient and the job was done perfectly.

They responded to my inquiry quickly and give an estimate soon after. They were able to adjust the timeframe and do the work a few days earlier so that it would be done before I out of town guests arrive. They work was done on schedule. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

The provider came as planned, and the work was done to perfection. We are so pleased, that we will be having them do our floors in tile, and replace the drywall ceilings in three rooms.

After about 5 business days I was able to get in touch with the provider we scheduled the appointment for a midweek early appointment. I received a call from the person that was actually going to do the work a day before and he let me know that the receptionist had double booked and wanted to know if we could reschedule for later that day or another day. I took the next appointment the same day as my original appointment. When the guys arrived they were polite and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. The work was done efficiently and they were able to not only repair the one wall but 2 more areas in my home that needed repair. Clean up was spotless and the work they did hardly shows any sign of repair. a little light sand paper and after painting It looks like they were never here. These guys are fantastic once they get going. ---A very pleased customer

They missed the appointment two times but were profusely apologetic and their reasons sounded reasonable.

Jackson and his staff are very friendly. They arrived in a prompt manner and did an excellent job. After the first drywall repair, while the drywall job was perfect, the paint that was bought at Home Depot to match the McCormick paint originally used did not match exactly and Jackson kindly agreed to come back (and within a timely manner) and paint over the areas where the paint did not match 100% paint free of additional charge. He provided professional, quality service and we would highly recommend he and his team.

Nicely put----I wouldn't hesitate to have JCabido performing additional work for me or recommend them to others. They were awesome and professional in every way.

They arrived on time, did the repairs and cleaned up.

It finally worked out with JCabido Remodeling. It turned out well because the man called me and said, look, I know there's been a lot of screw-ups because I had appointments with that company and there were no show, no call. Finally he calls me and said, look, I'm the owner of this company and my people have been messing up and I'm just finding out about it so give me a date, I'll be there, I'll get it all squared away, I'll take care of you and get things straightened out. He was here on that day and in two hours he had done the things that I had asked him to do. When he was finished, it looks fine. The fact that he took the bull by the horn and said, look this is my company, let me get it all straightened out here, things are messing up, I got a name to protect and I said, yeah, you do, I'd give him an A for overall grade. They took care of the problem. When I had this big discussion with my wife and I said, here's other things that he does here. She said, let's think about rehiring him to do some of these other things. I said, okay, that's a pretty good statement. He said he'd be here at eight and he was here just a few minutes later.

They were very professional and cleaned well after they were done. I had a good experience with them and I would use them again.

It went well. By the time they were finished every spot looked smooth and finished and ready to paint. They even did a few doorknob holes for us. They left no mess at all, even though drywall is a very messy thing in general. I actually had them come out to give me estimates on several other things we need to have done.

The provider was pretty responsive to trying to schedule the appointment. I work full time, so it took a few back and forths before finding a good time for the work to get done. The only unfortunate part for me was that I left work two hours early to make it home on time, and the contractors were 1.5 hours late. However, the guys were nice, and did a very good job. I am very pleased with the work.

I paid for four hours worth of drywall work. The cost of the service includes the amount of my Angie's list deal. The representatives from the contractor arrived prepared to perform the work as the deal was written, however, the work I really needed would have exceeded the amount I paid for the deal. The contractor was professional, courteous, and polite and told me what could be performed under the deal, but also looked at entire scope of the work needed and provided a verbal estimate along with the amount of time it would take to complete. The contractor indicated the work would take a full day. I agreed to have all of the work performed under the estimate the next week. The contractor provided the written estimate via email and came on the scheduled date to perform the work. I took pictures step-by-step as the work was being performed. The contractor indicated they would need a few more hours than anticipated to complete the finishing touches. I agreed that they could come the following day to finish. The contractor completed all of the repairs requested as well as some drywall repairs that I didn't think to include! The written estimate and invoice was the same as the verbal estimate so there were no financial "surprises". The cost of the work was definitely reasonable. I know this because although I didn't say this to the contractor's representative at the time, I had a prior estimate. The completed work far exceeded my expectations! I now know who to call if I ever need drywall repairs again. I definitely recommend this company. I'm so glad I joined Angie's List. Thank you JCabido Remodeling.

They came thirty minutes later than scheduled but called me ahead of time to let me know. I showed them all the work and since time was limited they asked me to prioritize which I did. They were unable to finish all of what I wanted done but they covered a lot and the work was of very good quality. They were very pleasant and easy to talk with. I will ask them to come back and finish up the rest of the work.

It went very well! I had 4 areas with cracks. 3 could be repaired with no drywall replacement; 1 needed a piece of drywall to be replaced. Two men came 15 minutes early, inspected what I needed to have repaired, put plastic down, made the repairs, and picked up plastic and debris. They were efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job.

My experience was okay. They did what they were supposed to do. Scheduling went well. There were two people here doing the work and it only took about an hour to complete. Everything was fine.

I was very pleased with the service provided by JCabido Remodeling. He arrived punctually, evaluated and performed the needed repair / replacement quickly and efficiently. Then cleaned up. On time and on budget. No extra charges. Very professional, but also pleasant. Told me the surface would be ready for painting in a day or two, which it was. I would use them again should the need arise, and am happy to give them my highest recommendation.
