I received an estimate from another company for over $1400, they said I needed a new starter, and some rubber around the radiator. I asked a guy at my church where to go and he recommended Citgo. I went there and they checked it out and within 5 minutes they said it's the starter, you need a new one for sure. That was around $600. So this guy put a new starter in and my car has been working fine. I found them very very good. I intend to use them again for sure. They are very responsive and very professional.

I took my car in because it frequently would not start. I left it there a week. When I went to pick it up it was in the same spot I left it.
I was told it ran fine. One day later it wouldn't start again. They towed it to the gas station and finally fixed it. When they called to tell me the car was ready they said they would pick me up and to please bring another key! They had lost my car key.
They said it was not their responsibility to replace the key...sorry. The key has still not been replaced. Strosneiders said the cost would be $95.00.

They are very good at what they do. They find the problem and get it fixed as soon as possible.

These people are the most honest, trustworthy people ever. The man that owned the company passed away, and his son has taken over, but I have always had the same honest service. The man that owned the company has helped me out numerous times. He has fixed multiple things free of charge. When I first moved to the area, I felt like they were God sent because of how helpful they were to me.

They're great at the basics, but we have had to take the car back the next day for minor fixes (at no charge and taken care of graciously). Have dropped off cars over the weekend and had them take them in even when the shop wasn't open. Only one thing they did needed to be redone by a VW specialist as they don't have the high pressure machine needed for finickly VW heat/cool system flush outs. Staff are polite and they've done little things (such as check/fix a tire with a slow leak) for free at times. They'll tell you when things DON'T need to be done - a rarity in an industry where the attitude is usually the more they can sell you, the better.

They seem to be pretty good but I’ve only used them for really minor stuff. I’ve used them for a number of years and they’ve always been fine. His sons are now running the business and, as far as I know, they do good work. Usually if I have a problem I can just bring it in, leave it, then pick it up that night.

Initiated going because the wipers were not working. I did not wait long at all as someone came right over to take a look at the problem. In under 5 minutes he realized it was a loose fuse and fixed it. I know I should have checked that myself, but just wasn't thinking. I was so pleased that I decided to leave the car for an oil change which was overdue anyway. When they went to take it in the garage it would not start. The battery had died and rather than just have it jumped I had the battery replaced since I was there anyway. I have been doing business there for a few years and am very impressed with their honesty to me, and also in how I hear them with other customers.

I have been using their services for about a year and a half. They are very honest. They do their work very quickly and the price is always very good. They provide good quality work as well. It is a family run business.

It was the first time I used this company and I was pleased with them. I had no appointment and they gave me same day service. I was surprised that it only took them three hours. I have had no problems since they performed the job. Their price was a bit on the high side but overall I was happy with the work they did.

Took my minivan for an oil change. I asked for a price quote. I was told the price would be either $24.95 or $26.95 depending on the type of oil used. I asked for clarification and was told it would be $26.95. When I returned a few hours later, the invoice was for $36.95. I was furious. Carlos, the service manager told me they used a different type of oil and that's why it was more expensive. I told him that I would pay the price that was quoted and no more. We had a huge argument. This was the second time this had happened at that service station. I had another car that I took in for an oil change, and they quoted me $24.95 and then charged $28.95. I asked why the price hike and they said they used a different kind of oil. This seems to be a common scam for them. I had been buying gas from them for 10 years. I only recently started using them for auto service. After those experiences, I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else go there either.

SERVICE DONE PROMPTLY; WHEN OTHER PROBLEMS CROPPED UP THEY ADDRESSED THEM FORTHRIGHTLY AND I FEEL WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
