They did a wonderful job with the painting. They were very neat and didn't splatter paint at all. They cleaned up very well afterward and now my house looks beautiful. I would highly recommended these guys. I am very pleased overall with their work and how well they did it. They were respectful and friendly.
Description of Work: They painted the interior of my house. My house is 1700 square feet. They used Benjamin Moore water based paint. The job took 3 days and they prepped just by cleaning the walls.

THE PRICE WAS HARD TO BEAT, THE GUYS I HAD WERE GREAT, FROM PERU, AS THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTORS, UNFORTUNATELY MY JOB TOOK LONGER AND A DISPUTE AROSE BETWEEN THE SUB AND UNIVERSITY PAINTERS. I TIPPED THE PAINTER $50 TO STAY ON JOB
Description of Work: ALL EXTERIOR WOOD/TRIM AND SHUTTERS, HOUSE IS STONE AND VINYL. I DID MOST OF THE SCRAPING AND REPAIRS TO THE SHUTTERS. THEY DID SOME SCRAPING AND WE HAD OUR OLD GARAGE PAINITED AS WELL.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. THE MEN WHO CAME TO CLEAN AND STAIN THE DECK WERE THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB AND APPEARED TO TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WE HAD A VERY HEAVY DOWNPOUR OF RAIN LATER IN THE DAY THAT THEY STAINED IT, AND THEY RETURNED TWO DAYS LATER TO RE-STAIN THE AREA THAT WAS MESSED UP DUE TO THE WEATHER.
Description of Work: A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOME TO PROVIDE A FREE ESTIMATE. THE PAINTERS ACTUALLY CAME TO POWERWASH AND THEN STAIN OUR DECK.
