I worked with David on my home purchase 2 years ago. I knew what I wanted and knew how much I could afford and spend. I first started with the typical options when looking for a home. I went to a bank and started the process with them. After not being satisfied with the service I was getting I was referred to Red fin to do some home shopping and found a agent that I like and trust. When it was time for the financial portion I again went to the bank and did not like what I was hearing. I tried multiple other options and it came done to working with David and Quicken Loans. I decided to work with David because he was honest and upfront about the complete process. When I have a question he was able to respond. I even contacted him while he was our having dinner with his family and he still responded and got back to me later that night with the information I requested. I was able to get a much lower rate than I was being offered by other competitors and a lower mortgage overall. It was the personal touch that sold me on his service. Even two years later I am still in contact with him. He told me during the process if I ever needed anything to let him know. Most people do not mean that but he has been true to his word. Whether it was advice for an insurance agent, how to get rid of unwanted refinance solicitors or where to eat dinner, he has been helpful. I am so happy that I decided to work with David and his team. It has been a nothing but good energy ever since.
