They told me that there would be some changes in the price due to some things that they found while working and were very honest and fair with the price. I was happy they didn't just ignore it and keep going.

Description of Work: I received a contract from Piernon for work to be done on my kitchen and bath. Set up an appointment to do a walk through prior to the work being done. Received a call the day before indicating that the gentleman doing the work was injured on the job and it would have to be put off for a few weeks. Communicated with them about a month later to schedule a new walk through. Their employee was still out but they got a new guy to do the work. After the walk through it was indicated that the job would now be an additional $2,000 because this guy was a subcontractor. I asked why this cost is being deferred to us since it is not our fault their employee injured himself. No answer to that question. Also, we indicated that we have a contract. It was then indicated to me that because they never actually signed the contract or picked up the deposit (they were supposed to sign the contract and pick up the deposit at the first walk through, per their instructions) it was still in estimating phase and there is nothing they could do about it. It is out of their hands. If we wanted to wait another month when their employee returns they will see what they can do. This is EXTREMELY POOR business! I would never recommend anyone do business with this company.
