He arrived a half hour late, but call to let us know that he would be late. I appreciated the call. Got right to work with his crew. Very friendly and helpful. Finished in a few hours and did a good job. I thought that his price was too high, but he did a good job.

Called them and left a message. They called me back within two hours. I told them what I needed. They came out the next day and did the work. I left a check for them. It couldn't have been faster or easier. The day of service they were running a little late. They actually called to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional.

The windows in our house are 120 years old, covered with storm windows and the upper floors have not been properly washed in the 25 years we have lived here. We have tried mutliple times to find a window cleaner, but ultimately the three floors of widows with storms, were never properly cleaned - after all who wants to stand on a ledge 60 feet abouve the sidewalk cleaning antique windows? Who? John Waters and his crew. They started work, as scheduled at 10-30 and finshed four and half hours later. The windows are incredible! Years of what I thought were stains etched into the glass are gone. Window cleaning is a "small" job, but Clearview elevates it to an art and John's standards are the highest. I would recommend them without reservation.

They returned my phone message quickly, were polite and helpful on the phone, and were able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. On the day of the service, they were delayed by another job, but called to let me know. When they arrived, they were very pleasant and professional. Their work was good and the price was close to what I had expected. I will use them again.

I got them from Angie's List. They charge $11 a window which is pretty reasonable. It was very good. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier because I have clean windows again. They are kind of older windows, they are like thirty three or thirty four years old and I can see out of them again. They did an excellent job. They were very personable and very nice. I would honestly highly recommend them. They did a great job and there wasn't anything I disliked. The windows looked great when they were done. I found $11 a window was pretty reasonable. They were here pretty quickly and there was no problem with that at all. They were just a few minutes late but honestly they called and told me they would be so it was not a big deal. I never consider it as a problem if they call and say that they would be fifteen minutes late than I thought. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They were very personable and very professional. They didn't leave a mess of any sought and I didn't have any issues with that at all. Truly it was a very good experience with them. I'm calling them next year and continue to have clean windows.

John called o let me know he was running late, which was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival they got right to work-one inside an one outside. They were friendly and efficient and took great pride in their work. I have a lot of windows, so it took some time. John even cleaned many of my mirrors! They couldn't do the chandeliers that day, but John did not forget me and called to reschedule. He showed up late in the day, and worked till almost 8 pm to complete the job. You can really count on these guys! I was very pleased and highly recommend them.

Pretty well. I had to leave for work and I left my maid there to kind of keep watch on things, but the window cleaners just got right to it. They were raising and lowering windows easily, clearly they've done a million of these and it's second nature to them. Since I left for work and left my maid in charge I really don't know specifics of the actual visit other than the result, which was fairly spectacular. The windows gleamed. It was such a nice treat to see them all sparkling and quite frankly glad I didn't have to clean 21 windows all by myself. I think that because they specialize in just this they do one thing and they do it very well.

The price was a bit steeper than I expected, but the windows hadn't been properly cleaned in years, and the bay window counting as three separate windows threw me a bit. Our initial over-the-phone estimate got bumped up by those last two issues, which surfaced when they came to clean. Still, I couldn't fault them for wanting extra for the filthy condition of the windows and the window wells (which they also cleaned). It was worth it to be able to see clearly out of the windows, and would use the company again, though would try to negotiate a bit lower price now that they've been cleaned recently!

I searched Angie's List and decided to call Clearview. Mr. Waters was extremely personable and a delight to work with. He calmed my fears about the cost and was able to do the most amazing job on our house. He and his nephew arrived promptly and asked for only access to water and an old towel. They brought ladders, cleaner, equipment, and even steel wool. Mr. Waters worked inside, removing all of the storm windows and screens first. His nephew took care of all of the exterior panes first while Mr. Waters cleaned and scrubbed the ones that he had removed. They both worked on the remaining interiors and by the time all of the window panes were cleaned and put back we couldn't tell there was glass in there. They were THAT clean. The windows ALL look brand new, even the screens. I had no idea that they could look so good! I highly recommend this company for anyone thinking that having your windows done professionally isn't worth the cost. We got more than we could have asked.

John, the owner, and two other gentlemen completed the services. They were about a half hour late but John called to let me know they were running late with a new estimated time of arrival. They were here about four and a half hours. They were pleasant, professional and very considerate of my carpets and hardwood floors. The quality of the work was fantastic. They cleaned 56 windows, two skylights in my sunroom and one in my family room. Unfortunately, the skylight in the family room looked great but the shade was not in the best of condition. Therefore, I told them not to clean the other skylight. It was a waste of their time and energy. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

As usal, Clearview arrived on time with the owner and two workers, and set to work moving furniture from in font of the windows and cleaning them thoroughly.

I called John about a week ago and we agreed on this dat e for him to come and clean all of my windows. He quoted me a price over the phone of $11 per window. he dais he would be here around 10:30 AM. He called me about 9:30 AM the day of the job and said he was running about 1/2 hour late, and asked if that was a problem. I said it was fine. He showed up with his partner and his nephew. He asked for access to a sink with hot water and they went right to work. First they removed all of the screens, then one of the guys went about cleaning all of the windows from the outside using his own ladders while the other two guys did the inside windows. They cleaned the sills and the screens as well. As a courtesy he also cleaned several large mirrors in our bathrooms and the carriage light housings by the outside doors. The rooms now are brighter than my wife and I can recall then ever having been. John and his crew left no trace of their having been here - it was a job well done and certainly worth the money. I would recommend these guys to anyone considering having their windows cleaned.

The guys in this company do great work! On the morning they were scheduled to come out, it was windy so they called and said they'd be out an hour later when hopefully the wind would die down. Once they got to the house, they went right to work. These guys dont just show up with a bottle of windex and a few paper towels. They are commercial professionals with their own special ladders, scrapers, squeegies, and cleaning formula. All they requested was tap water and a few old towels to put their buckets on while in the house. They meticulously cleaned all the windows and wiped the dust and dead bugs off the screens. Some of these windows were quite high up (3 stories), but they were still able to reach them. The owner, John Waters, is very personable and has an eye for detail. He was not satisfied with the clarity on the highest set of windows and asked his men to set up the ladder and clean them again. He still wasn't satisfied and got up on the ladder and did it himself! Even with the gutter cleaning, they reassembled a few of the pvc gutter pieces that had come loose, so now it works as it should.
