Tony was responsive and professional from the start and happy to tackle the existing problem. The work was scheduled and completed the very next day. Description of Work: The cleaning went well. Did the job, left a report on the gutter conditions, and didn’t leave a mess. Also, didn’t try to up-sell me by pushing gutter guards or replacements. Did the job I asked for and left it at that. Rare to see these days. Definitely will use them again for future work.

+ -1 moreWe have a large home and the air ducts and dryer vent probably have not been cleaned in the 80 some years this house has been standing. Gus did a great job with the air ducts and our house has been really low dust and smells great since he cleaned them out. I was so impressed what a difference it made. He didn't leave any dust or dirt behind and I was just impressed with how clean my house was and how the sanitizer they used made everything fresh. My husband has bad allergies and it made a huge difference. It was definitely worth the price and he was very honest about the time frame for doing it again (five years) and other services. I used them for pressure washing as well.

+ -1 moreThis was an overall great experience. The tech called ahead of time and told me he was 15 minutes away. Gus arrived on time and gave me an overview and what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He proceeded to complete the task as I expected. Unlike previous service companies, he did not answer his cell phone or take a smoke break. I would high recommend Chesapeake Home Services! They are a first class operation. I can't believe how much better the air in my house is. I live in a 79 year old house and this has made a huge difference. I should have done this 2 years ago when I moved in!
Description of Work: Vacuumed, brushed, and sanitized registers and returns throughout the house. Also cleaned the furnace and dryer vent.

+ 0 moreI was happy with the results. A while ago they had done some work around my house and we had some problems. So, this time I made them cover my plants and they responded well to my requests, which was important. When you call and they are not at the office, they call back quickly.
Description of Work: They power washed my 9x12 deck. Then they left it to dry for a day and then the next day they sprayed a clear color water repellent on it. There was one person each day doing the work and they spent around one hour each.

They also cleaned under the screens where some debris had collected. They were quick and helpful with the questions I had.
