So far I have been very satisfied with them. The man was very nice on the phone. It was a $99 Big Deal that I purchased. It was seamless, very nice and very inexpensive. He answered every question; he was very helpful that way. He emailed me to tell me they will be doing it tomorrow and he explained very briefly what I need to do. So far it has been great. I am so pleased so far. If they are as good as they seem to be, I would probably use them again.

They came right out and did a good job. We are planning to have it done every six months or so.

I originally scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with Chesapeake. Two of their service men came out but had issues cleaning it, the vent hose had detached from the outlet and they said they'd have to send one of their installers. There was no charge for this first visit and Tony scheduled me for the following Saturday. Jason came out and was very professional. He cleaned behind the drywall as I had been apparently spraying lint into that space for years...great insulator but also highly flammable. He installed a new metal flexible air duct and I was good to go. Very good experience!

Great experience. They were priced lower than the other two places that I received quotes from. Did not even need to come out for a quote. Said they could do it for $145. Scheduled an appt for the next day. She did a great job.

After reading all the ads for cheap air duct cleaning, I decided I wanted a company that did everything for one set price. I called the company for a quote and spoke with Gus. He was pleasant and friendly, taking the time to explain to me in detail everything that they would do while completing the air duct cleaning. He gave me a quote and then emailed it to me within minutes. After a few days, he emailed me to follow up and see if I was interested in scheduling an appointment. Once I scheduled the appointment, they were very responsive in following up with me. They called the morning of the day before to tell me their arrival time and emailed me as well. They were punctual and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them!

It went well. They came when they said they were coming. They did what they were supposed to do. They also asked if I was pleased with the work. They made me aware of their other services, but did not push them on me.

An oversight can happen -- we're all human. What was important is how they responded to my complaint. There was no arguing, no hassle and the options offered to me for remedy were presented without my having to ask for anything. Interaction with them was both by phone and email. Everything was handled with curtesy and professionalism.

Although their schedule was tight that day, they did come during the specified window of time. The dryer vent had not been cleaned in a long time, so a lot of lint came out. They cleaned it up fairly well, although a small amount of lint did blow around the side of the house. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The gutter cleaning was an additional job we requested when making the appointment for the dryer vent cleaning purchased as an Angie's Big Deal. We were able to have both jobs done on the same visit. The leaves in the gutter were wet so it was messy when they hit the ground. Since the wet leaves did not blow easily when cleaning up, there were a lot left on the ground to be raked. I asked one of the two workers if he saw any problem with the gutter in the front corner of the house, as water just pours straight down at that one spot when in rains. He said yes, he did see a broken piece. He offered to glue it and did so. There has been no leaking since then.

The men were prompt, professional, and cleaned up all of the mess that came down from the gutters. They worked the entire time but always had time to talk if you had a question. I have had them in the past to do pressure washing on the house and was equally impressed with their work ethic.

I had purchased a coupon for dryer vent cleaning back in August, and suddenly last week I realized that it was set to expire in February. Gus was wonderful about working with me to schedule the appointment. He was very considerate of my schedule and that of his employees. When the professionals came this afternoon, they were extremely efficient and neat. They introduced themselves, told me exactly what the process would be, and then got right to work. When they were finished, they left the laundry room exactly as they had found it. I am going to look into using additional services from this company.

I submitted a request for this company to clean my dryer vent by e-mail on Saturday morning. I received a response by telephone the same afternoon. I was promised the work would be done on Thursday, and I would receive a call the day before to give me a window in which the technicians would arrive. The call came as promised, and the technicians arrived when the company said they would. They even called me to let me know in which part of the "window" the technicians were likely to come. The work was done carefully and completely. The technicians were polite and professional. The job was done for the price I was quoted, which included either an Angie's List discount and/or a senior citizen discount. It seemed a bit pricey to me, but I've never had a dryer vent cleaned before. I am completely satisfied with the company and the work they did.

The service worker was puntual and reliable. I could not believe how much lint and dust was in my dryer vent. I was going to just buy one of the dryer wands to clean out my own vent but after watching the work involved and how much lint was in my dryer piping and vents there is no way I would have cleaned it as well as this company. My dryer now works like its new - clothes dry in half the time! I definitely recommend this servie

They came out for the dryer vent cleaning big deal. They were very honest and advised me that my vents were so old that they could catch fire and just need replaced. I no longer am going to use the big deal because this cleaning service was not appropriate.

Workers arrived on time, and job was completed quickly and as expected.
