Great job - very professional

Let me start by saying I have a crazy dryer vent that gets all clogged up because the pipe is so long. Rather than vent to the outside it vents to what used to be outside but what is now the family room. When the two guys who came saw that they were a little perplexed but quickly came up with a plan. They were there on time and done in no time.

Two Chesapeake employees arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. They showed me video of the gutters before (clogged with debris) and after removing and bagging the debris and hosing the gutters with water. The gutters were squeaky clean. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. I was impressed with their professionalism.

We purchased a house that had been vacant for almost two years on a lot with several large trees (including a white oak). The first thing the home inspector said was the gutters needed a lot of cleaning - there were shrubs growing in them! The guys came out and, though they commented that this was one of the dirtiest gutters they had seen, they were unfazed and got right to work. They got out all the leaves and dirt in the gutters and hauled it away. If I had to nit-pick, they didn't clean up the roof very much after the gutters - including some of the dirt that they had cleared out of the gutters. Don't get me wrong - this was VERY minor. I was able to sweep it away in about 15 minutes. Overall, it was a tremendous experience given the insane level of buildup.

Installation went well except for one short stretch of gutter where the guard sagged into the gutter and would have clogged. The installation had to be done a bit differently on this stretch as the gutter itself had sagged some. I sent Gus pictures and he had someone come back promptly and fix the problem.

The company and Angie's List were very helpful and gave me a refund of the money.

Service was very good. The work was done while I was at work and a status of the condition of the gutters was left at my door.

Nice and prompt crew and service. I did not read the fine print fully and the deal cost more than I originally thought. However, the owner worked with me and we agreed on a satisfactory price. The only reason I didn't give A ratings was because of the fine print.

Purchased the Angie's List big deal for $99 Gutter cleaning. Called compny to schedule time and they were very curteous and quick to get service performed. My only issue was that the $99 deal is only good if you have a single story home. I would have liked the fine print to be a little bigger as it increased the price by $50. That was an unexpected negative suprise. However that is not the companies fault.

Generally ok. Good responsiveness and friednly service. However, for this price, other companies offer power washing.

I have a very busy schedule so I contacted Gus Tsamouras (the owner) by phone, gave him the approximate measurements of the gutters to be cleaned and was quoted a reasonable price over the phone. Since I was unable to be there for the work, his crew was dispatched with a day's notice and did their work, leaving an invoice. The gutters were properly cleaned, and some minor repairs done at no additional charge. All trash was removed and there was no sign that they had been there except for an open gate to the back yard. The crew noted that some additional maintenance could be done and Gus quoted a very reasonable price for that as well. I would definitely recommend his firm and would certainly use them again. They made my service call as painless as possible for me. I would have given all "A"s had it not been for the unlatched gate.

Chesapeake Property Services cleaned the gutters on our house. They were prompt and did a great job. They left an assessment of work that was performed and if anything needed additional attention (i.e., replacement, etc). The assessment indicated that while the gutters were dirty, they were otherwise fine. A nice surprise!

Everything went very smoothly and quickly (short hose) with the dryer vent cleaning. As far as we know, it's clean inside :) The two gentlemen who did the work were very professional.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. Cleaned up all of the gutter debris before leaving.

We had to have them back several times because the gutter was pulled away and they did not put it back. There were some other issues that they did come back to fix as well.

From what I could see out my windows the gutters were very clean after they left. We had a hard rain early the next week. One of the higher up gutters was overflowing. I contacted the company via email and they instantly got back to me by email and phone. They were very apologetic and were sending someone back out the next week to check the gutter. The workers showed up the beginning of the following week and made sure that gutter was free of debris. I am very pleased with this company and their dedication to make situations right with their customers. My only issue was the email confirmation that was sent. It stated one time and when I emailed back to confirm they were actually coming at a different time than the email stated. That can cause some confusion.

The service was great and reasonably priced. We will use them regularly for gutter cleaning.

Never really saw them. They came when they said they would, polite and professional on phone, and my gutters are cleaned. Couldn't have been easier!

What a great experience! This was my first Angie's List Big Deal purchase so I was not sure what to expect. Chesapeake contacted me and before I got back to them, they came out, cleaned the gutters and left me a report on my gutters and downspouts. I would definitely use them again.

The overall experience was excellent. I scheudled the appointment online then recieved a call back to confirm location, work to be performed and cost, etc. Called on a Friday and was able to get service scheduled for Monday. Arrived promplly and conducted excelelnt work.

I called after a bad storm that made us aware of three gutter overflow areas. They were able to schedule me quickly. The team arrived at the assigned time. They started work immediately. In one area, the gutters had things growing in them and required quite a bit of effort to clean. We also had a downspout that was completely blocked. They dismantled it, cleaned it, and put it back in perfect working order. The third problem area turned out not to be a result of a clogged gutter but of a gutter that sagged at the center, probably the result of snow accumulation during the winters. They installed some clamps that lifted and realigned the gutters. No extra charge. I got much more than the gutter cleaning I signed up for. Last night we had a torrential downpour, and I checked all the previous problem areas carefully. Everything was perfect. I have a new appreciation for properly working gutters and these folks who make it happen. Very happy with this company's work.

Called back within a few hours of my initial contact. He was able to give me a price for the gutter cleaning over the phone. He met a competitors price, without me having to provide any other documentation. They came when they said they would and cleaned the gutters. left me with a checklist of what they did and a recommendation for future cleaning. I will use them again

Excellent. Half hour late but good - not rushed - pleasant - explained what they were doing as they went along had to removed gutter guards - found bride nest bee alive, sediment and get it all.
