The estimate was easily done for me through email; I mailed photos of the house and Gus quickly responded with his estimate. The estimate was very fair so I asked him to do both gutter cleaning and pressure washing of the rear of our townhouse. He scheduled the appointment and arrived on the day they planned to arrive, calling me half an hour prior to their arrival. I wasn't home at the time but they finished the job in under and hour and it looked like a job well done. Chesapeake Property Services was very easy to deal with and provided a good job at a good price; I would use them again.

They were prompt and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up and even suggested a repair to a slate tile on my roof. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Shortly after purchasing their gutter cleaning special I received a call from Gus Tsamouas to book the cleaning. He said they could schedule the gutter cleaning for the following week. Despite the awful weather we've had in June and me being nervous about getting it done, they completed the work by the end of that week. I was notified the night before via email to expect them the next day. Everything was cleaned out and completed on schedule. They cleaned up the debris from the gutters very well - better than I expected. We have gardens around the house and none of the plants or shrubs were damaged. I heard from Gus via email a couple of days later checking in to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Our former gutter cleaner has been helping us for a long time and is now disabled, so I was hesitant to try someone else. But it was a painless process to find a good, reasonable priced contractor and I was very pleased with the work. Please be aware that if you have a house with a very high roof that the price may be a little higher than the special price. Gus was up front about this and it was a reasonable amount - $40 more.

They did a good job. I was happy with the results. He ended up discovering an underlying issue of an unconnected vent we did not know we had. He really worked with us to resolve that issue and we had the fixed with another service provider. I did notice they had limited amout of hours of operation though.

They cleaned the gutters when I wasn't home so I didn't have any contact with them. They cleaned the gutters and the gutters were unclogged. They did a good job. I spend a little more than the big deal I purchased for $99; they put a $60 fee because they said I had to fix the roof.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Chesapeake Property Services. They did not charge me more for their services. They were really good. In the beginning, there was a communication problem. I would ask and the questions that I had was kind of out there but after they explained everything, it was fine. They told me what they were doing. They were really honest to tell me how it was gonna go about, what they're gonna do and so I appreciated that. They didn't try to push anything.

Arrived promptly with an assortment of vacuums and brushes. Cleaned the inside of the dryer, behind the dryer, took the vent apart and cleaned that. Then put everything back together. Everything went smoothly.

The service provider arrived on time and immediately began to explain to me exactly what he was going to do. He explained the process clearly and had me look at his progress periodically while he was cleaning the vents. He explained how the vents vs. the return registers were suppose to work. He also explained the sanitizing and deodorizing process worked throughout the vent system. He let me know ahead of time that there would a faint mint scent in house after he deodorized the system.

Gus Tsamouras of Chesapeake Property Services emailed us within minutes of the purchase through Angies List. We set up a date and time for the service and a 2-man crew was here right on time. They started immediately and were on the roof cleaning out the gutters and downspouts. They also tightened the gutter hangers that were loose. The guys were very pleasant and they did a great job and did it quickly. We were especially impressed with the clean-up they did. The gutters were full of leaves and gunk and we did not see any evidence of that debris in our flower beds or sidewalk or lawn! We will keep them in mind for future work for sure. We will at least plan on having the gutters cleaned twice a year as suggested by the crew. The guys fill out a little "report card" that tells you what they did, how dirty the gutters were and they suggest any additional repairs that they feel should be taken care of in the future. The initial cost was $99.00, but an addition charge of $50.00 was required because of a few gutters above 24 feet. All in all, the price was fair and reasonable and we highly recommend this company.

Overall experience and cleaning service was good, the workers were very fast and performed an excellent job within short time. Only thing I didn't like is, the workers went to all rooms without my personal authorization. Hope the team will improve this in their future job.

Very good experience. After having recently purchased my home, I wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned as it's unlikely that it had ever been done before (four year old house). The laundry room is on the second floor and the vent exits through the roof gable, some 25 feet off the ground. Gus was able to quote me a price over the phone upon my initial call (I called them based on Angie's List ratings and feedback). One the scheduled day two workmen came out and got right to work, first cleaning the dryer end of the vent and then going outside to clean the second story vent. Upon cleaning the outside end they informed me that they had found a birds nest complete with a dead bird (for more on that issue see my review on APM Pest Management). They completed their work well, showing me the lint that was removed and taking it with them. Job took about thirty minutes and given the ladder height I thought it was a reasonable price. I will use this company again.

CPS was responsive to my request for gutter cleaning. The appointment was made within a week of my request. The workers were early for the appointment (which was fine) and performed the work requested. I was pleased that the rain water was no longer pooling at the corner of my house during the recent storms. If they replace gable vents, I may hire them again.

This was a great Big Deal. They showed up on time and did high quality work. I recommend them and have used them since.

The technicians arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently. We were happy with the service and the way the did their work and interacted with us. The only reason I made a comment about the price was we had originally hired another company to do the work at a really low price so we weren't too happy about spending more money, BUT the work Chesapeake Property Services did was worth the money.

The entire process went very well. We set up appointment a week out with Gus. He corresponded with us via email to confirm appointment day before cleaning. His two workers showed up exactly when expected. I could not be home during cleaning process, so we didn't know how well gutters were cleaned until the first hard rainfall. Gutters work beautifully now! Workers left us a note telling us the level in which gutters were dirty (ours were VERY dirty), and that they checked for any trouble spots, etc. They recommended that we get our gutters cleaned twice a year. We will definitely call them again this Fall.

There were two guys who did the work. They explained things to me as they did them, and showed me how dirty the vents were, both by looking down the main intake and the duct filter at the heat exchanger. It was clear the ducts needed cleaning very badly! They also let me know that duct cleaning should be performed every 5-6 years. They were as quiet as you could be when operating the necessary equipment and left NO mess. Very professional!

Excellent! Asked for before and after pictures since I couldn't see the gutters for myself. They were happy to oblige. They did a great job.

Gus, the owner was very responsive and friendly. His crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to. They were very professional, protected our plants and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

They did a real good job cleaning and identifying any problems. They also made additional repairs. They went in, fixed the lines, and adjusted them. They stopped a lent problem where a pipe was broken. I was very pleased. They did have to bring in additional products to complete the job. Overall, the service was good.

Very efficent. Got the job done and worked with me for my particular situation. I have used them for other gutter cleanings and gutter work. Very Satisfied with this company.
