They showed up within the chosen time, climbed on the roof to clean out the dryer vent, then came inside to clean inside of the dryer. They were not here very long. The gentleman asked me to come outside to see how much they were pulling out of the vent on the roof. I had no idea it cost that much to clean a dryer vent, but I assume because mine was vented through my roof that was the reason.

The gutters hadn't been cleaned in a long time, but they went to work on cleaning everything out, snaking the downspouts and giving me recommendations on what needed to be fixed. They were also really professional and great about setting up the appoint and following up to make sure everything went well. I think it was a deal!

Did a very god job of geeting all of the Lint out of the vent. On time and very freindly. I would recommend them to any one. Gus was very helpful in setting up the appointment on very short notice.

Great. Cleaned gutters and inspected roof. Was told we had one piece of shingle missing, and that the pvc pipe on our air duct was actually 2 feet under collar pipe. We went up to our attic and saw where the pipe was, in fact, not hooked up properly and was not venting to outside. Since we never go into attic, we would not have been aware of this.

They did an excellent job, very thorough. Power washing the small shed was not originally on their "to do" list but they were very accommodating and took care of that as well. I have used them in the past for this job and would use them again.

They were good and they did a good job. Honestly we didn't have to be here when they did it because we were moving into the house but we were able to communicate via email with them and setup the appointment which was very easy to do, and the fact that they didn't require us to be here when they did it was good. They then left an assessment note for us. So we were pretty impressed with the way it worked out because it was very easy for us.

Two very polite gentleman came to do the job while I was at work (my husband was home). They were efficient, tidy with their work, and they let my husband take pictures before, during, and after so that I could see the progress. Afterwards, Gus Tsamouras, contacted me via e-mail to confirm that I was satisfied with the work performed and to ask for any suggestions for improvement for future service. I was very happy with the job that was done. I received a discount card of $75 for future dryer vent cleaning.

My dryer was wet on the inside and the manufacturer told me that I needed to have the dryer vent cleaned. Chesapeake came out to do the job on 7-29-13 and did an excellent job. Chris and his trainee used and brush and a vacuum to clean out the vent from the inside and the outside. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, and concerned with my satisfaction. My dryer is no longer wet on the inside! Chesapeake offers many other services and I would highly recommend them.

The crew was punctual and friendly, and they were done in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely hire them the next time I need to get my dryer vent cleaned - and I won't wait so long between service visits.

They showed up on time and did the work that was requested. They cleaned up the debris that was removed. The gutters and downspouts are flowing freely now.

Our gutters were extremely dirty and it appeared the previous owners hadn't cleaned them in some time. Chesapeak Services gave us a window of time they would do the work, and actually finished the job 4 days earlier than anticipated. You do not need to be present when they come, and the didnt charge my CC until after all the work was completed to my satisfaction. They also allow you to just take a check to the outside of the door. They leave a detailed report on the condition of your gutters and what exactly they did. Will definitely use them in the future!

These guys are great. They cleaned two furnances (and ducts, returns, etc) for a total of $575. Included in that was the full deoderizing and sanitizing process. Everything looked great (from what I could tell). The tech was kind, prompt and professional. And good with my dog. I didn't meet the team who did the powerwashing, but they did a great job. We have trex decking and it looked like a new deck. The patio pavers looked great too. While it doesn't make sense to have the ducts cleaned every year, I'd have them back to do the patio annually. We have some big trees that drop berries and stuff all season, so the deck gets pretty messed up.

Went great. Company representative called within minutes of me booking the service via Angie's list. Crew did a great job. Gutters cleaned, no debris left behind and no damage to my garden or flower beds. I am considering using the same company to clean my carpets.

This was a big deal purchase and while I knew there would be some up charge for my house I didnt expect the pricew to increase from 119 to 395 dollars. I am trying to get a refund.

They came on the date expected. They charged $60 more than advertised, but told me on the phone this would be extra as I had a taller house. This was fine by me.

I liked that they were able to provide the work for me when I wasn't home.

Company was very responsive over the phone, arrived on time and with proper equipment to do the service. They went out of their way to fix one dryer vent that was not allowing air to go through well because of a crimping at the dryer. They fixed it and the air flow now is just remarkable. They charged only a minimal extra fee for the materials used. The gutters were (as I knew) were very dirty but the company cleaned the gutters, bagged the debris, corrected loose spikes and left the area clean. They were on time and promptly did the service. I would definitely use this service for these tasks and other services they provide such as spray washing, etc. All in all a very good experience and my tenant appreciated their work as well.

They were punctual. The service was performed in our absence, but it was done well, and the debris was removed. They followed up with an email and serive card, letting me know that the gutters were cleaned, and that the gutters did not need any repairs either.

They are out there today. They are working at my home. They called me the following day to get an appointment and so far it has been good. I used the big deal. Their price seems good.

I initially hired CPS to clean my gutters and dryer vents in April. The team arrived on time as scheduled and got right to work. At the end of the cleaning a got a report of the condition of the gutters before and after the cleaning and recommended schedule to return. I did have to ask more questions about the dryer vent condition but the technician was able to tell me that it was not in bad shape. I did initially think that I would be provided a video report of the dryer vent but that did not happen (not sure if I was thinking of another company??). I was satisfied with the verbal response about the dryer vent but I would of liked a paper report like I got for the gutters. By mid-June we found that birds were now nesting in our dryer vent so we called CPS back to install a bird guard. Again, the tech was on-time and was even able to install the guard without us being home. I will say that the tech was able to go ahead and inspect the vent from the outside and identify the bird nest, clear it out and install the guard (it was still clean from the April cleaning). I was impressed with the ease of making the appointment, quality of work, and the price. I do plan to keep their card handy for future jobs.
