They cleaned our Dryer vent from the inside and outside, it went very well, quickly and smoothly. The service tech had to move our washer and dryer out of the laundry closet to perform the service and he did it quickly and put both appliances back properly. He recommended cleaning and checking the vent at least bi-annually based on the amount of lint removed. The vent hose was checked for leaks and pressure and was re-attached.

I was very happy. I will probably use Chesapeake services for other issues at my home.

The service provided was done on time and done well. I am giving an A because they performed a good service for a price agreed prior to service. However, the ad is misleading. We have gutter covers and we did not require to lift them. They basically used leaf blowers and some hand cleaning. It's a fairly good sized house with gutters all around. The price was a little high but bottom line, even if it was 25 percent higher than average, I would still recommend them based on solid job performed.

After my first experience, I was apprehensive, but these guys were a total pro. Contact was immediate, fast emails reesponses and showed up as stated. Prior to the work he had given me a break down of what to expect and if there would be any additional l charges. The crew showed up within the timeframe stated and immediately went to work. Once completed gave a breakdown of their findings/recommendations for future care and were on their way. From what i could see, they did great job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They were prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly. They were by the hour and they didn't try to take longer than they needed to. I was very pleased. They did it pretty well. I haven't had a problem since. They did a very good job. It was priced well. It was actually priced a little low in my opinion because I got a couple of other estimates and they were both higher. I would absolutely call them first if I need any more work done to the gutters.

Overall the cleaning went good. We had sheeting in our rear gutters due to clog and they cleared and flushed the pipes. Next hard rain I'll definitely check to see how well it drains. I purchased the deal through angies list - $119, unlimited linear foot for gutters. We have a modest home, 2500sq so you can imagine not a lot of gutter length and not too many bends, angles etc. Pretty standard, normal colonial 2 story home. As you can imagine, most homes are like this and also have basements in Maryland. When I went to scheduled, they charged an additional $40 due to the ladder they would need to do the rear since the rears grade was more than 2 stories. We have a walk-up, not a walk-out. And you would think a good majority of homes in Maryland are like this. Why wouldnt it be disclosed in the deal? It's ironic that the deal discount is $41 off list. If most homes required the $40 uplift then are we really getting a deal?

Chesapeake property services did a great job. They were able to schedule my appointment within the week, came on time and did the job efficiently. I'm very happy!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out just fine. I did not pay anything extra other than the big deal purchase. They came and did the work promptly. It was a good deal.

It was a fast and good job. It was efficient and I couldn't ask for more. I will use the same service again. They were very good people to deal with.

The provide was never able to come.

Since I was not home when the work was done today, it seems as though all is well. I will know more after it rains.

I arranged for air duct cleaning for my parents home. The experience with Chesapeake Property Services was better than expected. Chris, the technician was courteous and very professional. He gave suggestions to assist in keeping our duct clean. Most contractors coming to a home for services do not always clean up after themselves but Chris went the extra mile. Yes, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Hopefully in the near future I will make an appointment to have the ducts in my home cleaned.

Prompted by a post card I received in the mail, I called and made an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. The technician arrived as scheduled. My husband was home at the time of the service call. When I returned from work that evening, I discovered that Chesapeake had charged us $145 instead of the $75 advertised on the post card. Unaware of the post card advertised price, my husband paid the $145. I sent an email to Chesapeake Home Services, and even attached a photo of the post card advertisement. The response from CHS was that the $75 price was only valid if dryer vent cleaning was combined with another service, like gutter cleaning or pressure washing. When I pointed out that this condition/restriction was stated NOWHERE on the post card, I was told "I am sorry for the confusion but it is told to the customer when they call in." Sorry, no it wasn't. Instead of a $70 refund, CHS offered me $50 off my next service. No thanks.

They tried to give a time slot as soon as possible. They emailed me once the time is booked and emailed the day before the work is performed. I hired them for a second house right away.

Chesapeake Prop Services has been great to work with - we used them for the gutter cleaning and the power washing of our entire house. The gutters appear to be in better working order and the outside of our house (white siding) looks brand new even though it's 20 years old. They were also very easy to schedule with and they leave a write-up of the service if you aren't home when they come. I will definitely be using them again!

After purchasing the big deal, I called them to schedule my gutter cleaning. They scheduled us right away for the following week, which was no problem at all. They came out and cleaned the gutters with leaf blowers on our roof and cleaned up the grounds after they were done as well, but we did have one problem. Since they did not use water they did not realize that we had a clogged down spout and the following week during a storm I had water gushing over our gutter on that side of the house. I contacted the company and they were very professional and scheduled the guys to come out again the following week to get that clogged downspout cleared. When they came back out they asked which spout it was and took care of it and also checked a few of the other spouts as well. Overall they did a good job and it was not a problem when I had to call them to come back out.

Very prompt and did excellent job.

The workman arrived shortly before the end of the promised time frame and were probably tired from working all day because they only knocked once and then started to leave immediately after knocking. Fortunately I was able to catch them and they completed the job in a pleasant, professional manor.

Contractor came while I was not at home. Left a detailed note regarding status of my gutters and roof. Per note, everything was taken care of. I cannot inspect to see if this is accruate but gutters have been performing perfectly and they were quit dirty. Overall, it was a good experience.

They arrived on time, did even more than they promised to do without charging me extra, and did a very thorough job. Guy I talked to was very polite, professional and helpful.
