They asked for $70 extra because about 15 foot of the gutter is 2.5 story tall (as opposed to 2 story tall). Given a $119 "deal", the $70 seems to be a lot to add.

There was no problem with the service. The whole thing lasted about 20 minutes. The service was supposed to be $119 but there was a $35 surcharge because of the house being 3 stories. The companies representatives both the workmen and the scheduler were polite and professional.

I contacted them, they said my house was not eligible. The price was going to be very high for my home.

Never received a phone call, nor did I receive an email response from the company. Not sure what was up. I didn't get the cheap package either, seems they certainly had no issue *Taking* the money. I had to file a claim with paypal to even get my money back. (I do not remember the date, so its just a guess. Angies list asked me to review this transaction, so I guessed as I don't remember exact price however its fairly close.) I arrived at a D because the Price was good, that is if the service was really preformed the proper way. So I can only gather from the fact that they were not responsive that, that may be an indication of how the work would reflect. Certainly no question as to why they received an F for responsiveness.

I was not required to be home during the gutter cleaning, and I was not as I had an prior appointment I needed to be at. Gus contacted me via email the night before and let me know what to expect. When I got home, you could tell the work had been done. Taped to my back door in an envelope was the gutter report and a receipt for services. The report told me what the cleaners had noticed and let me know that they would be able to do any repair work that I wanted done. Gus contacted me a couple days later to say thank you for choosing them and to let them know if there was anything else I needed. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

Everything went as planned. The provider showed up as scheduled and fixed the broken gutter at the back of my house as promised. They also cleaned the gutters and gave me a discount since they would already be on my property. I think the cost was reasonable, and I felt the work was done really well. When I returned home, the area was cleaned up and the paperwork was in my mailbox. I am satisfied with Chesapeake Properties and will definitely call them again. It has rained since they fixed the gutter and I haven't had any issues with water leaks. I'm a very happy customer.

They showed up on time and they were able to do everything that I needed. They responded very quickly and they were able to work with my schedule. They were polite and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.

The crew arrived promptly and started right away cleaning the gutters. They were professional and got the job done in a short amount of time. I was scheduled for next week but received a call that they could do the job earlier. This was great because of the rain we have had in recent days I was afraid of my basement flooding due to the uncleaned gutters.

Was a bit surprised by the additional cost due to my roof being too steep but the service and experiance was great from begining to the end.

They charged me an extra $25 because my house was apparently 2.5 stories instead of 2 because we have utility attic. I'm not sure what house doesn't have the attic space but it seemed like the advertisement I used was intentionally misleading. Other than the extra cost, they did a fine job.

The company was very prompt in contacting me for service. However, after talking with Gus, I learned that there would be additional cost that I did not want to incur.

Got gutter cleaning via coupon on angie's list. Was promptly contacted to set up window for appointment. They called day before. They got the work done in an hour. Great service, happy with the work.

I purchased a big deal with them and it went great. They did exactly what they said they would do.

They said there was not much in the gutters, but our issue has always been the downspouts clogging with tiny particles that get past the gutter covers. We're not sure they cleared the downspouts. Had another company come out again in April to clear the downspouts.

I had water pouring over my gutters, since I hadn't cleaned them since purchasing my home 1.5 years ago. I signed up for the gutter cleaning service and was contacted within 24 hours. The service was scheduled to be done within 48 hours soon thereafter. This organization was professional, punctual, courteous, and most important, thorough. They cleaned my gutters, which were absolutely filthy, and left the environment clean. My gutters now flow as intended. They were a pleasure to work with. I will likely use them for more services in the future, and an annual gutter cleaning.

This company is great. I called Wednesday and got an immediate response. Used the Big Deal and Gus told me I would hear in one or two days to schedule. Received an e-mail on Thursday and out they came on Friday, punctual and in uniforms. These guys were polite and got right to work. They left me a checklist of what they did. Will definitely keep Gus and his team on my go-to list.

I have a small electric pressure washer, but this job was more than I was willing to tackle. It would have required me to work on our garage roof and on a ladder which, at my age and given my fear of heights, was not a good idea. The friendly and polite crew did a beautiful job cleaning the designated walls of the house and garage. They applied a cleaning solution then rinsed with high-pressure sprays. When setting up the work Gus cautioned that sometimes aluminum siding cannot be completely cleaned, but ours looked "factory fresh" when the crew finished. The garage wall has shrubs and bushes next to it. I did not find any damage to them, so the crew took care when washing. FYI on pricing: Gus informed me in advance the price shown is the company's minimum charge for pressure washing. Make no mistake, I am very happy with the work, especially since I did not have to risk being injured. I am guessing that some additional pressure washing could have been included in the same price if I had needed it.

The service was fast and efficient. Quite a bit of lint was removed from the vent. All of that was blown to the outside and removed by the crew. My laundry room was left spotless. The price was somewhat higher than previous service by another provider and may seem a little high given how quickly the job can be done. However, dryer vent cleaning requires specialized equipment to be done properly and it is also necessary to factor in travel time and other business overheads. Given the quality of the work, I would use Chesapeake Services again.

The 2-person crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and respectful of my property. The gutters were well-cleaned, primarily with pressurized water sprays. I told them about several problems with clogged downspouts after a recent hard rain. They made sure all of those were cleared and running freely. The lower end of one downspout, when originally installed (NOT by Chesapeake Services), drained into a lower gutter and was so close to that gutter that a leaf "dam" tended to form. The crew took the initiative to cut a small notch at the end of the downspout to minimize this problem in the future. They also added some screws to brackets to be sure everything was firmly anchored. I was impressed! Any time gutters are cleaned a lot of debris ends up on the ground, sidewalks, deck, etc. The crew did a GREAT job of cleaning this up. Overall, top notch work!

Crew arrived on time and worked very quickly. They found a blockage that they cleared on the front of the house and when we looked around after they left we could see evidence that the gutters were hosed out (in addition to being blown out and snaked, which is their standard) but it didn't look like the same had happened on the back side of the house. We called and spoke with Gus who assured us that he would check with the crew and get back to us. We got a call back a few days later and were told that the crew would return when they were back in the neighborhood. They did so within the week and washed out all the gutters.

The vents were cleaned as expected.
