The two technicians arrived within the time window provided and did an outstanding job. The cleaner they applied removed the mildew on the composite deck and it looks brighter and almost like new. They were also careful not to chip or wash away any of the painted surface on the deck railing. They rolled up my hoses when they were finished and left the job site in the same condition. I will use Chesapeake Services again. I could not use their coupon special because my deck is made of a composite material, but they did take 10% off the quoted price for being an Angie's List member.

No complaints. There was an extra $20 charge in addition to the Angieslist coupon I had. I can't remember what it was for but it was clearly explained to me ahead of time and it was legitimate.

They arrived on time, did the requested work and left. The gutters were clogged previously and the water was running off oddly before they came. Since their visit, we haven't had any issues, so I'd say they did their job well.

They came out on time cleaned my gutters and fixed loose spikes showed me where the clogs were and I would use them again.

I purchased the $119 gutter cleaning package on Angie's List on May 17 then called to make an appointment. Gus answered but was unable to talk, he took my phone number and called back promptly. I was told the work would be performed within 7 days with a email confirmation the day before they arrived. I received an email late-morning on May 22nd confirming my appointment the same day (not the day before as I was told). Then received another email late-afternoon stating that they could not make it to my appointment. The email said that my appointment would have to be rescheduled but did not say when. I receive another email later that evening scheduling my appointment for May 23rd. The crew of 2 showed up late-afternoon on the 23rd. It took them less than a half hour to perform the work. I thought they would have specialized gutter cleaning equipment but they just used my hoses and nozzles. They also informed me that the endcap on my gutter was damaged by tree branches. I paid $50 for them to come back to replace it. Again no set appointment, they replaced the end cap on June 11th. Overall, I was satisfied with Chesapeake Property Services. I can't give them an excellent rating because their scheduling leaves something to be desired. I prefer to be home when work is being performed on my house even though, in the case, it wasn't necessary. I would like to see them give customers a 4-hour appointment window as opposed to telling us sometime in x number of days.

Gus did a great job helping to coordinate multiple services and provided flexible scheduling to accommodate our needs. The crew was professional, on-time and thorough with all services. I would definitely use this company again in the future!

Technician came and did the work. He left a detailed account of what he did and found during the job. He left us a suggestion to improve the system, which we have accepted. scheduled fro next week. A follow up e-mail was received from the provider and we had a subsequent chat. We are totally satisfied with everything to this point.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for $119 which included unlimited linear feet of gutter cleaning including downspouts. Gus, the owner, was prompt and responsive. we spoke on the phone to set up an appointment. He looked at my house on Google earth and told told me that the roof was not walkable so he would have to charge extra as the workmen would have to re position the ladder several times to clean gutters. We agreed on a price of $265 ($120 big deal + $145 payable when the job was complete) In addition he quoted $35/opening for sealing my roof vents. The workmen arrived at the agreed upon date and time and went to work right away. I was at home so I had an opportunity to observe their work. they were very quick, quiet and efficient. However, they did not need to re position their ladder and were able to walk all over the roof and reach the gutters on either side. they did a good job cleaning the gutters and downspouts. They even tightened some loose nails on the downspouts. I had them seal 2 vent openings and paid the additional charges. They carried all trash and muck away with them and left my property in great shape. Overall the work was good. I think I overpaid for the gutter cleaning as the workmen could clearly walk all over the roof. However, I agreed to the terms of this job beforehand so it is not like I was blindsided. I will use the company again in future but probably ask for a lower rate as my roof is walkable.

The service went fine but I didn't like the blower and glue they used because my siding now looks dirty. I wanted to see what issues were on the roof by pictures and they only just wrote it in the report.

Did a good job, but charged me 40.00 extra because of height of house never put ladder up. workers could not speak english to debate extra charge.

Gus is very quick to respond and set up service. My fence is two years old. It is now splintered. The seal is spotty and very poor job. Someone came out to look at it after complaining. Not sure what they did but anyone who looks at it can see the poor workmanship. I'm looking for quality work. I don't like submitting this cause I understand Gus is in business like the rest of us.

I did not wind up using the deal. They said they would not come out to my house as they do not service my area.

Guys who did work were nice & did a good job. Company emailed day before & came on scheduled day.

Company rep tells me my house does not qualify for this deal. I think they should spell it out at the very outset. Total waste of my time dealing with this bogus non- deal.

On June 4, 2014, I telephoned Gus at Chesapeake Property Services and told him I needed to cancel my request for gutter cleaning. My neighbor in the connecting townhouse had already hired someone else (without without telling me) and the gutters were being cleaned as we spoke. Gus was very friendly and advised this would be no problem and that I needed to contact Angie's List to obtain my refund. I would definitely consider Chesapeake Property for future services.

Purchased gutter cleaning deal off Angie's List. Scheduled with Chesapeake over the phone later that day for service the next week. Person came while I was at work and performed gutter cleaning. All debris were cleaned up and removed, no mess around the house, and gutters look good. Excellent service, will use again.

They were very easy to deal with, came the day they said, no one needed to be home for service. The next time it rained the water went where it was supposed to!

Bought the Angie's list deal for $119 for gutter cleaning and then paid additional $325 for the siding cleaning. I spoke with Gus over the phone and he was very friendly. He explained both processes for the gutter cleaning and pressure washing of the siding. He explained that we did not need to be at home for these services to be performed and also advised that the removal of window screens is best for optimal cleaning. They e-mailed me regarding when they would be arriving and everything as all set after that. The men showed up and starting working immediately. I was leaving at that time and upon my return, they were still working. I believe they cleaned the gutters first and then did the pressure washing. About an hour after they left, it stormed and I called Gus to ask regarding the siding solution used and he said that it is better that it rained in order for the solution to continue to wash away. We had friends over the weekend and they said the house looks cleaner so I am happy to hear that!

Responsive, polite, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely call again!

They did a great job! I booked this company through Angie's List. I chose them because they had a sale and positive reviews. They were very professional over the phone. The sale was for $119, but we had to pay extra ($75) because our roof was slate. They told us they'd be able to come within the next 10 days after our order. They would email us the day before. Everything occurred as they had explained it. I didn't need to be home for the service. They left me a report and recommendations for further upkeep. I would use them again.

Contractors arrived on time and now my gutters got cleaned for the first time in 15 years. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again.
