They charged extra because I had a hip roof and a large amount of gutters. They showed up on time and did a great job. They gave me a report on the condition of my gutter system.

Arrived right on time . Blew out gutters, then washed them out as well. Cleaned up mess thoroughly before leaving. Very polite and professional.

They were very quick and good. They sent 2 people out to do the job and they got the job done in about 20-30 minutes. I asked them several questions and they were helpful, pleasant, and friendly.

cleaning gutters and changing lights was okay. what was not good was slow response time to original service order. also, i put in specific contact information with the order which was not followed, so that added to bad response time.

They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and would call them again to do that, however, the appointment was also for a repair estimate. The people that clean the gutters listen to what need to be repaired and relaid this information to their supervisor. The gutter clean people said their supervisor will call in a couple of days. Their supvisor call then next day. Its hard to discuss the repair (best approach) if the estimater never saw it. When I made this appointment I preceived that the person making the estimate would be present and not on the phone the next day.

I was not happy with the process that ensued after I agreed to the price. They showed up unannounced at a time that we had not agreed to. When they showed up I was actually on vacation. They sent an e-mail with instructions (that were not included during my first conversation) telling me to "leave a check in the door" and leave my hose on. I contacted them via phone and email and told them to wait until I returned home, but they went ahead and did the work anyways. They performed the service, but my gutters are still leaking water so I could not tell if they actually did their job. They also left me a note and pestered me with more phone calls stating they could "do additional services" to finish the job. Note: this cost me over $200 if you include the cost of Angie's List deal. It was a rip off and they were not respectful to me on the phone! I do not recommend this company to anyone. I would have rather bought a longer ladder and done it myself!

Perfect - see above. The price was higher than the Angie's list deal because it was a second story dryer but it was worth the cost versus a new dryer, a fire, or me falling off the roof.

We have used Chesapeake Property Services multiple times over the last few years to clean a relatively large and difficult house gutter system, plus other maintenance related services. Their performance has been consistently excellent in all respects, the company and personnel are easy to work with, they are timely, responsive to special requests, and clean up the area well following the job. Their prices are competitive or a bit better. Recommended without hesitation.

The original estimate was provided by Gus at CS. I had used an Angie's coupon and he promptly got back to me and was out to give me an estimate the same week. My roof line and linear footage did not meet the coupon restrictions however Gus applied the coupon amount to my bill. He explained everything in detail and we scheduled the work. The workers came on time the day they were scheduled and performed the work. One thing I learned was that it would've been a good idea to follow up the cleaning with a leak test because once the debris was removed we had some gutters that were leaking. It is a good idea to do both cleaning and repairs close together.

I purchased a big deal for them for gutter cleaning. We liked them. They were very good. They were prompt and courteous.

We had purchased and moved into our new home and realized that everytime the air came on we caught the smell of wet dogs coming from the vents. The previous owners had two German shepards and they probably never had the vents cleaned. We bought a special from Angie's List and Chesapeake Property Services contacted us immediately for an appointment. The staff came out 3 days later and cleaned out all the vents and ducts of my split level home (3 bedrooms) as well as the dryer vent. Boy, there were a lot of dog hair in those vents! I really can't say what the sanitizing and the deodorizing did. What I can say that is the air smells "clean" now when the air comes on.

They also found some small issues that they reported when they were done. They also did not leave any mess behind. I told them they could send me an estimate for the smaller issues, which they did. I just have not made a decision yet.

Coupon is a bait and switch. They basically shake the customer down for upcharges.

It went very well. They cleaned the gutters and checked the gutters and downspouts for leaks. They made some recommendations. I had to pay an extra $45 for being so high, but I thought it was still reasonable and was happy with the service.

Very quick and professional

I took advantage of the $119 deal because of gutters on the house, breezeway, and garage plus paid $40 for vine removal. The crew did a good job and left recommendations for future service. Customer service was great. Will use again in the future.

The job was well done, I am satisfied that the gutters were thoroughly cleaned and there are no clogs anywhere. I received a summary of the condition of the gutters and the job done. I used the Angie's coupon deal but I did have to pay extra because my house is taller than specified on the back (which was explained to me from the very first call). I would definitely use this company again to clean the gutters.
