Chesapeake Property Services did a great job, even though I wasn't there. The gutters were filthy and now they're totally clean with proper drainage. Very easy to schedule and deal with.

Our gutters were cleaned and the staff was professional. It did take awhile for the cleaning to occur after we scheduled the appointment. That was a product of both weather and the number of customers ahead of us.

Very professional - did a great job and were happy to help beyond scope of the project.

They did a great job cleaning the gutters then checking the roof and gutters for issues.

I ordered $119 Gutter Cleaning (Unlimited Lineal Feet) but was told that since my gutters go all the way around the house and the back is 3 stories I would have to pay $269. I decided to use another company.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for Chesapeake for them to clean the gutters. They came and left a note saying certain things needed to be repaired. I thought it was a come on but then I noticed my gutters were dripping in the back of the house. So I called them back to make the repairs. That stopped the dripping in the back of the house. But then one day it was raining very hard and I noticed water was cascading from the gutter in the front of the house. Called them and they came back out. They didn't charge for that visit but said I only had one downspout and needed one on other side of the house. So I had them install the second downspout. Now water doesn't overflow during heavy rains. They don't need you to be in when they come. They email you ahead of time to inform you when they have scheduled the visit.

Everything was done promptly and they made sure I was aware of what was going on. I really liked them and plan to use them again.

They came when I was at work, I didn't have to be there because they didn't need to get inside. This was a big plus for me, I hate to use vacation days for repair appointments. They came, did the work, didn't leave a mess behind, and the gutters are functioning again. Couldn't ask for any more.

When I called to setup an appointment, I was informed that I lived a bit further south than their normal residential service area. I was fortunate enough to be en route to a commercial service call they had further south. The crew were very professional and thorough with the inspection, cleaning and debris removal. They even provided pics of missing shingles. Thankfully, there was only minor debris blocking the gutters so they were back on the road to their original appointment right away. I am very thankful for the courtesy, and recommend anyone in their residential service area to use their services.

This service was purchased as a gift. The gentleman I spoke with at the main office answered all of my questions and provided helpful insight about their services. The technicians arrived and performed the gutter cleaning in a very professional manner. They performed an inspection of the surrounding roof and gutter areas and provided written feedback and information on additional repairs that are needed. The quote for those repairs was very fair and reasonable. The overall experience with this company was very favorable.

They scheduled it right away and gave me a 5 day window of when they would come. They did a good job but left no notice of the date they came. I just happened to notice the next time it rained that there was no drainage and that the gutters had been cleaned.

The crew showed up on time, and I spoke with the foreman. He stated that he would be walking the roof and that the debris would be placed in plastic bags and taken away. I offered to him that if he wanted to dump the debris back in the woods of my property that was fine as well. I showed him where the hoses were so they could spray out the gutters, When I returned the gutters were clean, but I found a lot of debris that had been cast off the roof and into my planted beds, including hanging from ornamental plants and holly trees. It was as far away as 10 feet from the house. I cleaned up what was wrong and moved on. The company did call me to check on their work, I shared my concerns with them and they did offer to come back and clean up, but I had already done that so there was no more to be done. They offered a discount on future work, but that is of no value as I am not going to have them back to my house.

The 2 member crew were thorough in their work and the team leader Chris was very knowledgable, curious, and professional. We are very happy with the work done inside the house. There was one minor thing outside though. A neighbor pointed out that the crew had left a used and dirty air filter on my front lawn. Probably just a mishap. I would recommend this company to others.

They did a great job, super thorough and our technician was very friendly and professional. Job took about 3 hours in a 4 floor townhouse. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The crew was very professional and clean. They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Communication was easy and prompt, on the phone or via eMail. In fact, they were so good and reasonably priced that I also contracted them to power wash and stain my deck, and repair a few loose shingles on my roof. No hesitation to contact them again when I need something in the future.

The crew did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and installing gutter covers that I had provided.

It was a miserable wet cold day outside. The guys showed up a little late, but they had phoned to indicate they were running late. They were done in about an hour despite (or maybe even more motivated by) the weather. Not only did they do a great job but the follow up from their office was very pleasant. Its September now, and there's been a lot of rain since, and my gutters are working great!

Everything went quite smoothly and quickly. The men were professional, friendly, did a thorough job and cleaned up everything.

I called on a Wednesday. The cleaning was scheduled for the next day. Chris arrived cleaned the vent and answered all my questions. Tony at Chesapeake was very professional at the scheduling. Chris was very professional and pleasant during the cleaning. Chris not only did a very nice job cleaning the dryer vent but more importantly Chris answered all my questions re: gas. vents and duct work.

We are very pleased with the service. Spoke with both Gus (initially), then Tony and both gentlemen are friendly and professional. We have not had our gutters cleaned in a couple of years. I know they were long overdue for a cleaning as the rain would waterfall over the gutters. There are trees all around our property. We had contractor grade screens on our gutters but the mesh openings were large enough to allow moderately-sized debris to collect in the gutters. Chesapeake recommended a screen that has micro-mesh to inhibit debris while allowing water to pour through. So we had them install the screen (in matching white no less)...I'm actually looking forward to the next rain to watch "the action" :) Sometimes contractors are good at getting the work done but not so impressive on the clean-up. Cheseapeake cleaned up everything. The impervious surfaces around the house were cleaner when they left than before their arrival. Wife was especially pleased with this aspect. I highly recommend these guys....I might not seem 'em for a while with the new screens. ;)

The initial cost was $119, but they told me because of the severe slope of my roof I needed to pay an additional $40. The gutters were very dirty. They cleaned them out well and disposed of all the leaves in the gutter. They did a great job.
