Came as expected. Completed service quickly.

I bought this as an Angie's List Big Deal. I had used big deals before, so I knew that these people had been vetted. The showed up on time. Explained that they were going to use my water facets to loosen up the dirt in the gutters. They used a pressure washer to wash down the spouts and bagged all of the debree. The men were very courteous and professional in their tackling the job. They explained the Gutter Evaluation Report and asked if i had any questions.

Good work. Fast service. Showed work. No problems with overflow since. Agreed to repeat service again.

Overall, the service went okay. They had run a little late due to a vent getting stuck on a job right before ours but they kept us informed and weren't too late. They did a good job cleaning the vents but my issue is the sloppiness of the cleanup (the devil is always in the details as they say). They did change our furnace filter and offered to show it to me and disposed of it. After they were finished, I gave them their check and they handed me a paper to sign saying something about me inspecting the work and finding it to my satisfaction. I did do a preliminary check and everything seemed okay so I signed off on their paperwork. I assumed that from such a top-rated company I wouldn't have to get so detailed-oriented with regards to the inspection. Later that night, I happened to notice the following: 1. A vent was not screwed in tightly and was actually sticking out about 1/8" on left side in main bath. 2. One vent was missing a screw in our downstairs bathroom. 3. A strip of drywall (3" by 1/4") was damaged when they were taking off one of the vents in our kitchen -- I didn't initially see this because of the lighting in the area where the vent is located. 4. Then, the next day, I went downstairs to our unfinished basement to put a few things away and would up moving some tupperware. When I did, I saw the two access panels they removed from the ductwork laying on the floor exactly underneath where they were cut. My issue was that they should have noticed these things and communicated them to me asap (or even at the very end) and disposed of the access panels (or at least told me where they thought they fell so I could move the boxes and dispose of them myself). I wouldn't have been upset if they had just told me and instead of hoping I wouldn't notice such details. Instead, nothing was said. I had to ask them about the condition of the vents (it's a fixer-upper and older home) and when we should have this done again. Usually, this stuff is communicated -- at least with another company I used in the past). I would definitely NOT use them again for the sloppy cleanup.

Gutters were cleaned, and no issues with any clogs afterwards. Very responsive and quick turn-around time.

Am impressed with the customer service provided by this company. They have appropriate response time, communication, and reliability.

Cleaned gutters well, I think. My only complaint was that I didn't receive a call when the crew was coming out, so my roommate was a little confused. But other than that good work for a good price.

2 workmen showed up and politely knocked on my door to advise they were here to clean my gutters. DEEPLY relieved, because my gutters were literally so full, nothing else could possibly fit in in them, I had little faith (having gone with another company previously) they would really end up clean. However, these 2 guys spent approximately half an hour (on a very cold day) vacuuming, cleaning, repairing, tacking loose spikes, clearing downspouts, and bagging, then carting away all the debris. When they were finished, they politely knocked on my door and thanked me for my business. These gutters are at least 10 years old. They honestly look almost brand spanking new, they're so clean. I would easily recommend them and I will definitely Chesapeake Property Services again. Next time I'll try them for a different service.

I would of preferred them to come on a better day it was cold and freezing temperatures, they were going to put water down the down spouts but asked them not to because it was so cold and I was afraid of the water freezing. I assume they did the work as requested it was on a two story house and I was not able to go up and see if it was done correctly.

I believed it went well but I was not able to go up on the roof to verify the work. The contractor provided a report of the condition of the gutters.

It was fine. I don’t remember any problems or anything like that.

They did a fine job and scheduling was good.

My gutters were very dirty, and Chesapeake Property Services did a fantastic job. They followed up and recommended I have some missing shingles replaced which I agreed to have them repair in the near future.

They have been excellent. They did a good job and they were very prompt. They did what they say they were going to do and they communicated very well. However, they were quite expensive.

Would highly recommend this company. I will be using Cheseapeake annually for maintenance.

I dealt with Gus over the phone the set up the appointment and charges. He is very professional. They performed the service on time, did not leave any mess behind, and did a great job. I will use them again.

Very good experience overall. Scheduling was easy and the gutter cleaning was accomplished between snowstorms. Gus was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I was able to add downspout repair to the list of tasks after we were already scheduled for a gutter cleaning, and the additional cost was minimal. The work was performed very well and very professionally.

My gutters were scheduled to be cleaned the week of 01/05 but because of enclimit weather and freezing temperatures Chesapeake sent me an email advising they would be out when weather permits...I appreciate the status they provided...the job was well done.

I was impressed with the value of their services. Our home had gutters that were packed full of debris. The crew worked h****** a cold rainy day and did the job right. We will likey use this service again in 2015

They did very well. They were timely. The things they did were good. I would recommend them again. They did not charge anymore than what the deal was.
