They called promptly to schedule, they arrived on time, and did a get job. I was so happy with their services that I had them come back and do a dryer vent cleaning service as well. With both services, they were thorough, professional, and most importantly, cleaned up after their work. We just purchased our house and apparantly the dryer vent had never been cleaned (30 year old house), It looked like they removed 10 pounds of lint from duct. What a fire hazard we had and didn't even know. We realized there was a problem when our new dryer wouldn't dry clothes. Highly recommend the company and services they provided.

Probably the best gutter company I've worked with. They did a thorough cleaning job and inspection. Prior to departure walked me through all the inspection and cleaning points, letting me know that my gutters were in good shape. I was most impressed by how they protected the grounds and left the surrounding areas absolutely clean. They were also accommodating of my schedule and were able to fit us within days of making the appointment. They were great to work with and will definitely use them in the future.

On time, moved things around as needed, quick and efficient. They offered a small discount but we were so satisfied we paid them full price!

Gus responded to my Big Deals purchase the next day and gave me a quote over the phone for the Siding Pressure Wash. He is courteous and professional and we setup an appointment immediately. I got his email and phone call one day before the appointment as a confirmation and reminder. His team came on time and did a great job. Although I couldn't see the results of my gutter and dryer vent, but my siding is much more cleaner now.

At first, the responsiveness was a little slow. I was put off twice on a date. When they did come, it was discreet and professional...no mess, no worries. I would use them again, except I will try and schedule more in the future to get the right time frame.

On the day the work was scheduled, the crew of three from Chesapeake Property Services showed up on time and ready to work. I recently bought a house in the woods that had been vacant for a year and the gutters were thoroughly clogged. They immediately got up on the roof and began digging and scraping the leaves out of the gutters. They also weed in any loose nails they found along the way. When they were finished, they walked around and blew all of the debris away. I did tell them I wanted to see the gutters working, so they hooked up their hose and went back in the roof and ran water until I was satisfied everything was working. I noticed on their van that they also do power washing of houses and decks. I contacted the company and they promptly gave me a quote to power wash and seal my deck which I am considering. At this point I would recommend this company and will advise further should I have them do any additional work.

Super, prompt and thorough service at a great price! I bought a deal through Angie's List for Chesapeake Property Services to clean our gutters. There was a small extra fee because the back of our house is three stories "gutter to ground" rather than two. Gus let us know about that extra charge up front on the phone. He also agreed to tack up a piece of siding where a slat had blown down in a recent storm for another small fee. Even with the extra charges, the total price was about half of what another handyman company had quoted for gutters and siding repair on our house. Gus contacted us the same day that I purchased the deal. Their crew came out a few days later - on a Saturday - on a cold, windy, snow-flurry afternoon - and took care of the job. We were not home when they did the work, but our neighbors who saw them were amazed that anyone was out working in that weather especially on a weekend! The gutters that we can see are shiny and clean - and I assume that the ones on the top of the house are as well. I was quite embarrassed to read their report of how dirty the gutters were, but we had been negligent in getting the ones up high cleaned... now that we have a reliable and reasonably priced company to call, we will be better at keeping that up. Their report also let us know about a section of outlet pipe that needs to be repaired.
