Great service. Made recommendations to replace some shingles.

I was very pleased with the service. I purchased the service through Anglie's List Special $119. An additional fee was charged through the provider of $40 because the elevation of our home for back gutters was nearly 3 stories high; beyond the standard 2-story.

They actually ended up rescheduling a day earlier...due to a cancelation. Communication was great They gave us a good comfort level and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

When they first arrived, the contractors were asked for an opinion on the dryer vent. Upon inspection, they advised against cleaning, as the vent pipe was kinked in multiple places and couldn't guarantee the cleaning. They refused to accept payment for the visit, and called back later that day with a very reasonable price to replace the entire dryer vent. They were able to schedule the replacement very quickly, came out promptly and on time, and were knowledgeable and incredibly well informed, walking us through the whole process.

They promptly responded to my request for an estimate. Professionally provided a quote. When hired, they showed up as planned and completed the job quickly and thoroughly to my satisfaction.

Purchased the $119 Big Deal and got a prompt reply from Gus. There was a little confusion in getting the appointment set because I'm working on two homes and my profile shows the address of the 1st home and not the 2nd were the work needed to be done... but once we cleared that up we were placed in a queue for scheduling within 7 days. Took them only 4 days to get to us. Gutters were filthy and the previous heavy rains were just running over the sides. They did a great job cleaning them out and now water goes where it's supposed to. We didn't need to be home which was a bonus - and they left notification of the gutter condition without trying to oversell us on having to do additional repairs, etc. They did a decent job cleaning up after the job considering how dirty the gutters were. I'd recommend them to anyone needing work/cleanup of gutters.

I would recommend this company. The original voucher, that I purchased on Angies List, was accepted with no hassle. I was contacted right away, but since it was the rainy season (of course it was...that's when you notice the gutter problem) I was told they were backed up a couple of weeks but would try to get to it faster. However, they were here in just a few days. The only extra I paid was for my huge detached deck. After the work was done, Gus called back to see if I was satisfied with the work. This company goes above and beyond.

The service was scheduled on 07/21 to occur withing 7 business days. The Contractorkept ther word. The crew cleaned the gutters fairly quickly and left an assessment sheet at the door.

It worked out really well. It was a two part process they power washed first then came back to seal in a timely manner. They did the job properly and they even power washed part of the house.

Could not have been happier with any aspects of the service. The price was very reasonable. Extremely easy following purchase of the offer. Chesapeake Property Services emailed confirmation and provided an estimated date within a couple days of purchase. They called the day before to let us know when they would be arriving. Work was performed on that date, and the results were great. Overall, they were responsive, flexible, professional, and thorough. Would recommend them to other potential customers and plan to use them again in the future.

The service did not require that I be at home when they came. All work was performed as promised. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up afterwards.

All work completed on time and safely at the quoted price. The two mechanics worked continuously. Always hustling on a hot and humid day. They were careful with the house and roof; there were no damages. The blow down and clean up was a major part of the work and was done well. The gutters all are running freely. Good hard work by Julio and his associate.

They were so polite and courteous. They were thorough, I had anticipated they would clean only the two main gutters on my house, but, on their own, they then cleaned 4 smaller gutters on outbuildings on my property - they cleaned more than I asked for. They cleaned up all the debris, blew debris off the deck and driveway. They even reattached an elbow on the gutter that had come loose. They were superb. I had considered getting drain covers, but at the cost of this gutter cleaning service I can get a lot of gutter cleaning for years for the cost of gutter guards. They also provided me with a list of their other services, and I plan to call them in the near future for additional work around my house. A+ in my book.

I contacted the company several times, and always had a pleasant conversation with Gus. They came out a day earlier than expected, performed the service before the time they had anticipated, and were done very quickly. They called to let me know that there was a chance the cleaning may be delayed due to rain in the area, but they still performed the service. I would recommend and use them again.

I have used this company before and will use them in the future. They are prompt and professional.

Good communication with contractor (email with a followup up telephone conversation to discuss timing and details) and the job was performed promptly (within two days after initial contact). Two man crew did a very professional cleaning job and any debri that fell to the ground was picked up. A note was left after job was completed suggesting some additional maintenance work that should be performed on the gutter. No discussion or pressure to perform this work - my option. Very satisfied with the job and will use this company again.

This is the third time I have used this provider. In the past, they've cleaned my gutters and installed a downspout. My 60 year old red brick house suffered from white paint streaking from the trim onto the brick. Chesapeake came to power wash, but it didn't remove the streaks. I called and Gus said he needed to do some research. They returned about a month later and redid the power wash using some chemicals. This did the trick. They did not charge for the second round. The brick looks remarkably better. I highly recommend this company.

Frankly, I was very disappointed based on the other reviews. The work was performed a week after I purchased the Deal. We waited 4 days to be contacted, finally we contacted them to schedule an apt. They initially told us the first apt was 2 weeks out but then they called a few days later and said they could be out the next day. They charged us $95 extra because they said we had hip roof over our garage and that since we had a basement stairway (below grade) our house was considered 3 stories so that was an extra charge as well. There are no gutters above the stairway and it didn't cause any extra work or difficulty in accessing the other gutters. If I hadn't already purchased the Deal I would have told them to forget it! We will not be using them again.

They came out to look at the job and there were going to be additional costs. I decided to go with a different company.

Very professional quick scheduling straight forward about available times. Quick and efficient when work was performed, gutters look great!

I had to call the company to schedule and would have preferred doing it via email. Gus was very nice and extended a rate since my gutters had covers. They came and went without knowing they were there. There was dirt left over our patio furniture due to the cleaning - I am glad I had it all covered. I would recommend them again.

Please note I can't remember exactly how much we paid - approximate cost may be wrong. Did a great job and kept us posted when continued snow and ice necessitated rescheduling services.
