Although our company is new, I have worked for my mother's cleaning company for over twenty years until she retired. A & N Gomez Cleaning Services is a residential and commercial cleaning company located in Baltimore MD. Gomez Cleaning Services is a family operated business and we work as a team to clean for all our customers. We do offer a guarantee in cleaning for our customers. If a customer is not satisfied with something not cleaned specifically to meet their satisfaction , we will return to our customer, to meet their expectations. If the customer does require service out of Baltimore, we do charge extra for gas mileage. We prefer to do a sit down meeting to get to know our customers and what their expectations and rules are, as well as informing the customer of our expectations and rules as well in providing them with proper service and discussing cost. As I mentioned above, we are a family business. My husband and I always work as a team, but we do have three other employees who are extremely hard working and trustworthy to assist us on jobs that require extra labor. Also, if our customers refer us to others and we get more business, we will give our customer who gave the referral a special discount. If we recieve up to five new customers by referral that gives your name, your entitled to one free residential cleaning! We also offer a discount to customers who want biweekly cleanings for six months to one year. We hope to build a great working relationship with all our customers! We hope to hear from you soon!...

Services Offered

The services we provide are: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and wiping all sinks, cabinets ( also knobs & handles),counter tops, door knobs, stove (inside & outer surface). We will clean any rooms you want. We do offer Deep Cleans as well which does cost more and may take more time. We also offer special occasion cleanings and after party cleanings as well. Also, my husband does do light landscaping such as mowing lawns, cutting weeds and raking lawns. We do alot more as well.

Services Not Offered

We don't haul trash away. Last but not least, we are working on getting insured and bonded this month since we are a new company, we should be insured within the next 2 to 3 weeks from now!
