Did the bare minimum, vacuumed well. Do not expect them to do inside the cabinets or refrigerator well.

Just had the initial cleaning. which was thorough and efficient. The hardwood floors really looked great!. All the floors were cleaned well actually but the hardwood immediately caught my attention . Can't speak yet for consistency with future cleanings but hope they are as good as the first. That's been my biggest issue with past services. Karla also communicates well and is easy to reach. That's a plus for me.

She was very nice but....House didn't smell clean, woodwork wasn't all done even after she was the one who said she was doing it, in the deep cleaning. She did come back next day and I had a list but the list still wasn't completed. Window sills not wiped. Spider webs still on light fixtures. Didn't look like things were moved to wipe underneath items on surfaces. Back splashes still dirty. Not happy at all. Not worth having her come out again.

It was very pleasant and comfortable to have them in my home. No problems with communication. They did everything that they promised and worked diligently.
