Was very friendly and helpful.

I hired them to clean a home for me. I had paid for a "deep" clean. Not sure what that entailed other than I know appliances were also cleaned base boards, etc. The mirrors had streak marks on them. Also, there wasn't that clean lemon smell so I couldn't even tell if the floors were done. A picture frame was broken and a kitchen appliance is missing a piece. I paid about $400 for a deep clean that really didnt get done. I was not there at the time of the cleaning as I had to work. Need to speak with management about what all goes down on a deep clean.

I had to do a move out cleaning and I felt like I could have done a better job myself. I was looking for a super deep cleaning and they missed a lot. They assured me it would be spotless and it wasn't. The contractor was rude to me and late for the appointment. It was just OK.

The two ladies were very friendly and performed their job very well. They were also on time and finished on time.

They were scheduled to arrive between 12:30- 1:30, but arrived at 11:15. Scheduling is a issue. The women cleaning were very apologetic of early arrival. Definitely a management scheduling issue.

To add to a terrible cleaning; they are dishonest

Ladies did a great job cleaning my very dusty and cluttered home. They were respectful of my things and very diligent.

I would give this business a zero rating if the rating system permitted it. She doesn't deserve a ".5". I don't expect perfection, but when your company F's up you need to step up and take responsibility for it. That's what distinguishes a good company from a bad company. That's what keeps people coming back. The business owner here, Laura Brown, clearly doesn't get it and worse doesn't care to. They had to send out a second cleaning team later that same week to redo the work. The floors looked terrible. They just pushed dirt and hair around on the floor. They also didn't do the interior doors, baseboards, and stair banisters and woodwork, which were an integral part of the deep clean that I paid for. It was so bad, I thought they'd inadvertently given me a basic clean instead. When asked, the team lead shook her head no, insisting that they'd given me a deep clean. The business owner, Ms. Brown, admitted afterwards that this same team had recently been written up by another customer for lackluster performance. The second cleaning team made good on the deep clean. However, their car leaked engine oil on my concrete driveway. The business owner, Ms. Brown, initially agreed to send a cleaning team out the following week to clean it up. Ms. Brown has since tried to shirk her responsibility by refusing to take my subsequent telephone calls attempting to schedule. Likewise the letter I sent her following up on my voicemail messages. It looks like I'm not the first customer whose driveway has been marred by one of Ms. Brown's cleaning teams. This particular issue could have been prevented, if Ms. Brown had only stopped and listened to her customer in 2012. I can think of several no-cost solutions to this issue just off the top of my head. With regard to the engine oil leaked on my driveway by the cleaning team's car, it would've taken Ms. Brown less than 30 minutes to clean it up and make me whole again. Ms. Brown chose to shirk her responsibility instead. That's not only unprofessional, it's downright shortsighted. I certainly won't be back. Use this business at your own risk.

The team arrived on time. They were thorough and really got the job done!

I thought the cleaners did a good job at first glance, however as soon as I started to work around the house I realized how lazy of a clean they actually performed. The windows were all cleaned and they left dirt/grit in every single corner of every window in the house. They were also suppose to clean the cabinets, that certainly did not get done. When I asked them how they were going to clean my wood floors, they told me they were going to use "windex". As you can imagine they were not cleaned very well at all. They said they were going to use windex becuase I did not have any "dish soap", why is it that I am suppose to supply them with cleaning solutions when they are the company I hired to clean my house? The only good experience I had was speaking with the owner as she seems very nice. But, that does not change the fact that the cleaners were not good at all. I just got a hold of the owner of this company. Very nice person, and reimbursed me for my troubles. I would recommend this company only because of the customer service. Hopefully, my experience was only a one time ordeal.

They did not clean the top of ceiling fans on a move out clean. They did not shut the door all the way when leaving. They left the trash outside the house when there is a dumpster for it visible from the road.
