Chesapeake House Cleaning

First cleaning is acceptable. Have invited them to return in two weeks

They do a good overall job, but are not good at little things. The cleaning is adequate.

The girls came in on time. They did a very nice job. They vacuumed, dusted, mopped the floors, did a very nice job in the bathrooms and were out of the house in 2 hours. The price was cetainly right in comparison to othercleaning services. They only charged me $85 for two bedrooms an 3 l/2 baths. The girls were profesional and not too talkative. If they contnue in this manner I would like to keep them permanently Ingrid Savignac 410-647-0782

2 ladies' work was not consistent i.e one cleaning one room was more thourough than the other. They missed a lot of areas. Communication with them was difficult (language barrier). For the deep cleaning I was expecting, I was a bit disappointed given they were there less than 2 hours and missed many areas. For a regular cleaning it would suffice. The stuff they cleaned, they did well. A physical list of all the things to be cleaned would be a good idea so they can be checked off before they go.

The cleaners were very professional and did an excellent job!

The ladies arrive on time and were very friendly. They immediately went to work however as this was their first time in my house, I was a little concerned about the lack of interaction with me as to what I needed cleaned and how I expected it to be done. Having had a housekeeper most of my life, I am accustomed to them doing a bit more work in what I consider to be a critical area to health - dusting. Many of the surfaces were not even touched such as shelves. All shelves have objects on them or one would not have them. It seems that if any surface has anything on it, it does not get cleaned . Oter aspects were good.
