Laura and her team are very professional and nice. Laura is very honest and I would strongly recommend this service. I am very picky and a germaphobe and the ladies that come to my house clean the way I would clean. For example, one thing that drives me crazy is when people wipe of chairs and then the table or wipe the toilet seat and then the sink, Chesapeake cleaning does the opposite, the way it should be done. This was my first experience with a cleaning service and I'm very happy with them.

I used Chesapeake House Cleaning for a move out clean. They showed up when they said they would show up, did a great job cleaning. Offered to walk with me through the apartment after the clean was complete to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I would recommend Chesapeake and will use their services again in the future.

They were prompt and detailed. Gave me the cleaning I had been looking for!

Overall, the quality of cleaning wasn't bad, but they didn't put things back where they got them and didn't straighten up. Couches were crooked, trashcans in the wrong place, etc.

Priced right for the service received.

Laura and her staff are very accomodating. If I needed to change our scheduled clean, Laura was always able to work with me. Her staff does a good job, and doesn't cut corners. Chesapeake House Cleaning is affordable, and they do a good job. They are reliable and trustworthy, and the staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

I called them at the last minute before we had a party. They were able to accommodate me and arrived to our house actually an hour earlier than scheduled. They dug in and cleaned our house which helped me be able to relax the night of the party knowing that my guest were coming into a clean house.

The team was kind and courteous. The company offers fair pricing and it took them three hours to do what takes me three consecutive days! They missed a little dusting but overall I am very pleased. I absolutely recommend Chesapeake Cleaning Company to others in the area!

She forgot to put our appt date on her calendar-- 27 Jun 08, Friday . My husband took off work & waited over 4 hours-her crew didn't show. He called to inquire, Ms Brown told him she did not know the name. I called her & she remembered & said, she is due one mistake. I said no & come out that PM, she said no. She wanted us to reschedule for the following Monday. This was a move-out clean & Monday is 30 Jun & I had carpet cleaners scheduled. She asked ime to call the carpet cleaners & reschedule them! I said no. She came Saturday but her crew didn't clean well. Refrig had pieces of cheese in it, oven had water in it. Not good cleaning

They had a major project just bringing the master bathroom up to snuff - and they did a wonderful job. A year's worth of mildew and staining was removed and left sparkling. They missed one room and one bathroom, but my guess is they had to spend the majority of their time in that bathroom. I just call the office and let them know if I need something special, or if the crew misses something. But Laura is an excellent manager and customer service contact. The rest of the house looked good, too. And there's a lot of "kid clutter" in my house. They do good work!
