Chesapeake House Cleaning

For the value, I was highly impressed with how clean everything was when I got home. They do great work at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

I just spent a day cleaning up after the "deep clean" . Hardwood floors swept not cleaned, the scuffs from moving furniture were still there. A simple floor cleaning took care of it. Bathrooms not cleaned, just wiped down. Same with appliances in kitchen. They were wiped down with a dirty rag. I guess they used the kitchen sink as a wash basin.I had to be clean that too. No vacuum of walk-in closets. No sweeping of any closet or pantry floors. No dusting of lamps or furniture. This house is virtually furniture free as I have moved out. Not much to do, but it wasn't done. I called manager/owner immediately, and she defended her cleaning

They were prompt and very friendly. This was the first time I have used them. They did okay, but I am giving them another chance to see if they do better and then I will make a decision on whether I want to keep them or not. They missed a few places and they seemed to be in a hurry.

They were very responsive, and I would say productive as well.

Laura is polite and prompt. She was willing to work with me for scheduling at a time convenient for me. Her business is well-priced and I loved coming home to a clean-smelling house!

this service was terrible. i found dirty base boards, kitchen counters and blinds. they did not move anything to clean. i found cherios under my coffee table. and for 290$ i got taken to the cleaners. i would like half my money back!!!!!!

They were a very nice group, they went right to work and did everything they said they would. Very efficient.

Not satisfactory.

This is just the first time they have cleaned for me but it was very thorough. I was pleased to come home to a clean house.

This was my first time having someone else clean my house so I was a little on edge but the ladies came in went right to work and in no time got the job done. We agreed on once a month the fee was great the work done was better and we can not wait for next time Thank you ladies
