This was the first time we used SL Cleaning and they did a great job. Sandra and Carlos visited the house first and after walking through told us it would take approximately 5 hours for a first deep clean. They spent 6 hours working hard with no breaks - pulled out furniture to clean behind, turned over rugs, scrubbed tub more than once, washed light fixtures. House is shining clean. Very responsive to specific requests about products used. Will definitely use again.

Sandra and her team were very responsive. Within 24hrs of contacting her we had an appointment to get an estimate for a deep clean. At the appointment, she took notes, asked questions, and was very observant of the condition of our home. There was a bit of a lag in scheduling the deep clean, but we got a day within the range we wanted. Now, I have a two-year old and a dog at home, so while the house is generally picked up, it is hardly ever sparkling clean. Also a disclaimer: my husband and I were very skeptical of having someone clean our house, we've never done it before and Sandra's rates were so reasonable, we thought there must be a catch. The day of the scheduled deep clean, the two ladies showed up 30min late without calling to let us know, etc. which upset my husband, but when they got there however, they got right to work and really didn't stop working until the house was done. Originally it was estimated that they would be there for 5hrs. They were there for 10hrs. And it showed. WOW. They cleaned everything. I mean EVE-RY-THING. Even now I go through the house and say, "I bet they didn't get this" - but they did. It was amazing. I am very pleased with the service they provided. It was easy to communicate with them about what I wanted and they didn't seem to mind the dog. When I asked about payment with all of the extra time, they stuck with the original quoted price. My husband and I plan to continue with monthly cleanings from them - they really blew all of our skepticism away!

We have been using S&L Cleaning for a number of months now and are so pleased with the service they provide. They are thorough and efficient. I love coming home to my house after they have been there. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company.

These friendly, experienced, and focused people invaded our home and pushed back the dust and dust bunnies' foothold on our home. Their focus was complete and their efforts exemplary for the first cleaning. They worked continuously for hours and hours to get the house into some semblance of order and cleanliness. They found things we had thought long lost. I intend to use them to maintain the good work they have already done.

I live out of town (California) and own several apartment buildings in Worcester MA. Sandra always looks at the apartment first and then give me a price for cleaning. I've had nothing but rave reviews from the realtors who lease the units for me. They say, "keep this lady, she does a great job". Because I live out of town I rely on the honesty, professionalism and responsiveness of my service-providers (electricians, plumbers, general maintenance and now Sandra.). It's taken some time to find good, reliable people who can do the jobs without supervision. I also need to mention that some renters leave a real mess. Sandra has cleaned it all up without complaint or issues. She communicates clearly and is responsive to requests. She comes on time and gets it done. Easy to work with, fairly priced. I know if I call Sandra that I won't need to worry or solve the same problem twice. Enough Said?

Carlos and Sandra and their crew always arrive on time with a smile :) They are professional, get right to work and clean everything I've asked for to my complete satisfaction. They will do extras for me as I need and always, with a pleasant and wonderful way about them. I can't recommend them any higher.. Many of my friends have tried them and are now very satisfied customers also! I am so thankful for the day I met them and they came to help with my home. Even after moving from a very large home to a smaller one, I still have them come twice a month.. Please give them a call.. you will be happy you did!! :)

I decide to go with this company because i found them to be very professional, customer service and satisfaction oriented and had wonderful references when i called. .I felt very comfortable with them at the moment i met them and i felt i could trust them. They have come only one time but they will be come weekly and the and they did an incredible job!!! I would highly recommend to everyone. their fees are very competitive and quite reasonable . I feel i can finally put my mind at ease with Sandra and her team!

SL cleaning did an amazing job of deep cleaning our condo. They cleaned for 8 hours and cleaned every nook and cranny! They more than exceeded my expectations! They were diligent, hardworking, and extremely thorough. I have now hired them on a biweekly basis to keep our place shiny and clean! Would highly recommend them!

I couldn't believe how clean my home was after Sandra and her family cleaned. They were so great in accommodating my schedule and so professional. I felt so comfortable with everyone and the house came out so clean after the 8 plus hours that they worked non stop. I will continue to use them to keep up the hard work that they did. My husband was skeptical in hiring a cleaning company and he was blown away by the hard work and he was so impressed with how great the house looked. It went very well. They did a very good job. I think the whole crew are all good workers. They all cleaned up very well after themselves.

They came out for an initial free consultation in the evening. They later texted me an estimation on the deep clean and a regular clean after that. They arrived later than expected after another deep clean took longer than expected. Our deep clean also took a lot longer than they initially expected. The quality of the deep clean is outstanding, and worth both the extra time and the money. Sandra and her crew were very thorough and extremely competent. They provide all of their own cleaning supplies and their own vacuum cleaner. At one point they realized they needed a broom (there's a reason we're getting cleaners in...) they purchased one and left it here for us. They didn't complain that it had taken a lot longer than they expected, however the estimation did go up, which I was more than happy to cover.

Sandra has been coming bi-weekly to my home for 6 months and I couldn't be more pleased. My home is cleaner than it's ever been. I have had many disappointing experiences in the past. Sandra, however, exceeds my expectations. We started with a deep cleaning and I was really impressed at the amount of effort and time that went into it. The house felt sparkling. And regular cleanings bring it right back to that same feeling. Sandra is amazing with bathrooms. And I like that she understands/remembers that the basement is part of our living space and gives it the same amount of attention as every other room. I always appreciate her texts to keep me aware of her arrival time (the morning traffic coming from Worcester to Needham is unpredictable). She's a very pleasant person too and I feel comfortable with her. I enjoy that she's a little bit personal -- it's nice getting to know someone you see regularly like that. I have no reservations recommending Sandra.

Bottom line - they are professional, do a great job and I trust them. I decided to go with this company because I found them to be very professional, great customer service and wonderful references when I called. I felt very comfortable from the moment I met them. The actually move furniture to clean and I was surprise to see them cleaning my ceiling fan! AWESOME!!! I use them for weekly service and they do an incredible job! I highly recommend to everyone. Their fees are very competitive and quite reasonable. Sandra and her team are awesome!!!
