They were pleasant and helpful. They arrived on time and performed the desired services. Along the way they communicated every step of the way. They also cleaned up as they went.

Perfect service and very reliable and communicative

The work itself was fine. The deal, however, was very misleading .... ad claimed one price when in fact it was about $200 more. The person in charge explained the pricing conflict. Irritated with how the ad read.

Haven't had work done yet. They called me right away to schedule a date. I had to cancel last minute due to illness in house. They gave me a date a few days later, and had to cancel because of bad weather. They weregoing to call to rescheduled nothing yet.

They came to the house on time, went through it quickly and assessed that I needed to perform other work as just cleaning the vents wasn't a good idea. Of course additional fees would apply. Classic bait and switch. I don't disagree with the assessment, but should be more upfront and don't offer a "deal" for a certain price then say that would be useless to do just the vent cleaning.

They had wonderful personalities, cleaned up after themselves and extremely courteous. My dryer vent is extremely difficult going up a wall and across ceiling into a trunk and then outside. Works amazing now. I sent them over to my girlfriends and they did a great job on her dryer vent and also had to replace her with a new one. They will be coming back next month to clean out my air duct system for forced air. Lori

The work went well. They even found a problem with our furnace filter, which we were able to have corrected. On the down side, it was not clear from the "Deal" that $59 only covered ducts, but not the whole system. The actual cost was much more. I believe that there may have been a "fine print" statement that $59 covered only a portion of the work most people would want, but it was not easily noticeable.

We do dryer vent cleaning once a year. Their price seemed reasonable at the time. The quality of their work was good.

he made appointment with me for 5/5 he said he would arrive between 8-9. He didn t show, I called him and he said he did not have me scheduled and could not come because his son was sick. I changed my schedule and did other things to be sure he would be accomodated to do his work. I will not deal with anyone who runs his business in this manner

The guys from Richmond Restoration were awesome! They showed up right on time and got right to work cleaning out all of the disgusting vents that we had gone years without cleaning. They maneuvered our stupid dryer vent (it doesn't make any sense) and cleaned it out perfectly, sanitized our vents and added us to the schedule for a year from now so that we wouldn't (once again) go years without cleaning our dryer vent. A+ service!! Thanks Guys!

What I thought I bid on was one thing and it was more for industrial, not a whole house. It was more for a business application, so yes it did cost me more, but they applied the original amount towards the total cost. I don’t remember exactly what it cost. They did good work. The workers were fine, they were very good.

- They were not very professional = No uniform or booty = Not clean = No designated truck or van - The equipment that is dragged around the house is very dirty and it does not have to be.

Mike responded to my phone call for dryer duct cleaning within a few hours. He was friendly and professional. He arrived on the date of appointment on time. He was polite, and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and gave a thorough explanation of what he had done. We have a washer/dryer on 2nd floor and therefore a little more challenging. He also checked the other air ducts and completely got rid of all the lint and build up in the attic. He cleaned up and left no mess. I would definitely used this company again, in fact, I was so impressed, I took some cards to pass onto my neighbors.

Very competent and honest. The ducts turned out to not need much cleaning and I wasn't charged for much more than the dryer vent. Another company might have cleaned the ducts regardless and charged for that. I really liked how conscientious these guys were.

They left massive piece of foam mass and prevented me from getting any heat. I ended up having to hire a plumber to fix it and to find out where the problem was. Very unprofessional.

Would definitely hire again. On time and quick work, and they worked around me while I was on calls with work.

Mike and his helper did an amazing job in record time. They came exactly when they said they would, but unfortunately, the was not home to let them in. Without hesitation, Mike rescheduled for another day and yet again, came right ontime. He removed 60 plus years of debris and dirt from the heating system, including toy cars, pounds of dirt and a clove of garlic. This apartment has been a rental unit for decades, and it was clear the system has never been properly cleaned. Mike even gave me advice to maintain the system going forward. Great job!

They came in on time, did the job. I was not very impressed with the thoroughness, they seemed to be in a hurry and I expected they would take the time to clean every vent. It was quick, I just don't know how clean is the duct.

Prepaid special was supposed to be $59 for a total duct cleaning. But they add the main vent at an additional $89. Not happy with the unexpected charge.

Mike arrived on time. The crew was professional and courteous. Have used others in the past but no one cleaned the ducts and vents as good. The house is now dust free and odor free. They even managed to remove a cigarette package from 1978 from a duct running from basement to 2nd floor.
