Terminix - Woburn -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: Took care of bee problem this time. They routinely treat the interior and exterior of the house for pests. We've had an annual contract with Terminix for about 12 years

Description of Work: At this point in time the provide termite checking around the property. The actual original treatment was performed in 1988. Since then they provide annual checks and will retreat if needed.

Description of Work: regular annual termite inspection -- conveniently scheduled & performed (as in several previous years) -- we're sticking with them, just to ensure long-range protection from termites (which afflicted a neighbor of ours big-time: his case -- fully covered by Terminix for 10's of 1000's of $$! -- was what convinced us to sign on for this service with Terminix). We do wish it cost less, but.......sigh

Description of Work: Big excavation next door to my house. Field mice . Called terminix for pest contract. They put down alot of gadgets. Didn't catch anything yet, but no signs of them. Hmm have to wait and see.

Description of Work: They notify me before each service and leave me a note of what they did and let me know if there is any evidence of infestation after each visit ( 4 per year).

Description of Work: We had termites about 10 years ago. They treated the house and installed termite traps, we have not had a problem since. We also use them for general bug and rodents. John has been our serviceman for many years and knows our house very well and especially what bothers me (mice). |I do have to say that the cost goes up every year, which I'm not thrilled about.

Description of Work: The service was as expected but was very expensive. The work i was having on my home uncovered the termite and powder beetle issue and they treated it within a timely manner as I needed it done asap.

Description of Work: I originally gave this company a good rating and am retracting it. They were quick to sell the service. We set up the date for the 1st service, the guy never came over, so we called and our appointment had never been booked. We re-scheduled and overlooked the error. At the time of purchase for the service, we werre told they would come over anytime we saw a need. My daughter had ants in her apartment, so we called and booked an appointment. My husband immediately put the appointment on the calendar which was supposed to have been on 7/27 between 7-9. They didn't show again, so my husband called and spoke to the same woman who told him she didn't have him scheduled for the 27th, but the 31st between 2-4pm. My husband tried to tell her that she had told him the 27 from 7am - 9 am and that he had immediately wrote the appointment on the calendar and didn't get anywhere. I don't know if she is the only person there booking appointments, but I think this woman needs to retire. 2nd time is 1 too many. We have asked for a refund to our money and will look fo someone else to service our home. We also tried several times to contact the sales person and of course he can't be reached.
