Trevor and Kevin (installers) were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very respectful of our home and property. They took special care to protect our floors snd intricate molding. And, they cleaned up totally before they left! Thanks for the great job, guys! The only reason customer service got 4 stars rather than 5 was because this was the 3rd job NewPro has done for us, but on all three jobs the installation date was changed at the last minute.

We hired NewPro because of the product information and presentation. We paid for one third of the work, and we're waiting to schedule the work. An up to 12 weeks of wait. But the rep and customer service people have followed up as agreed with their schedule. So far,we had the presentation, signed agreement, the follow up call the products were ordered, and the first payment was processed. We're on our 8 weeks so far on the waitng time to schedule the work next.
