Newpro office staff stayed in touch either by email or phone as to status of our project. They contacted us about 3 weeks earlier than estimated start date to advise they would be able to start project earlier. Throughout as well as day of the job, we were contacted to make sure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. ** We cannot say enough about installers Eduardo and Joe, they were fantastic. They worked nonstop from 8 am to almost 5 pm . We highly commend them for their work ethic, professionalism, respectful, and personable nature. They did an awesome cleanup job when job was completed.

Brian quality of work was outstanding. He is also very personable and extremely professional. Based on my experience with him I would highly recommend newpro to anyone needing a bath project. He made sure everything was done right and took the time to work with my wife on where the grab bars would be most helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian , Eric and Heather.

Nemi and the plumber, John, were very efficient. I am very satisfied with my shower and highly recommend Newpro.
