Purchased from NewPro new windows and storm doors. We purchased the triple pane windows. Ryan and Josh were great in returning calls on any concerns prior to installation and on follow up after the windows were in. Installation crew of Greg, Frank and Dave were polite and informative. Noted a problem just after they left and Greg returned the same day to address and correct the problem. Windows are easy to open and close. House seems quieter and temp has been cooler than outside. In the past our house has always been warmer than outside. We would recommend NewPro windows.

While Newpro windows are more expensive, we felt convinced they are a superior product. We purchased the mid-range windows and have been very happy with the way they insulate, and the house also seems quieter. I don't enjoy the sales process for these types of companies, but our rep (Clint Mauche) was pleasant to work with. I also feel good knowing that they company offers such a great warranty should something happen, and the installation process was amazingly fast. We had approximately 19 windows done in two days.

Thank you for sending Peter Bagni and Jim Childs to our home to repair our gutter and downspout issue. They immediately saw the obvious problem and quite professionally took care posthaste. Thanx again!!!

We have had Newpro replacement windows in our home for over 30 years. For the first time, one leaked and had moisture between the glass panels. Peter Bagni came out to install another window (for free- lifetime guarantee). He was efficient and very helpful. He answered about 5 minor questions we had concerning maintenance issues with our windows. I will gladly ask for him for any future work needed.

Although it took far too long, the re-modeled shower we finally got was just what we had wanted. However, we began the project in October and it was not completed until the end of April the next year! There were multiple ordering and installation issues that were very frustrating. It appeared that NEWPRO was learning on the job. To NEWPROs credit, they corrected at their expense all issues and were never combative concerning our complaints and issues. The final product is a very fine shower. If NEWPRO could have delivered the final shower in the time frame (1-month) initially expected, we would have given them a 5-star rating instead of the 3-star provided. Massachusetts customer.

It has been quite aggravating. No work order detailing the work to be done. Within the first hour, dropped scaffolding ruined a tree and broke a fence. Valleys cut crooked and had to tell them to use chalklines. A week without skylights installed in late November because ordered wrong size. The list and pictures of shoddy workmanship is endless.

Paul McCafferty and Dan Lamarche did a great job and left the area they were working in perfect condition. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Installation crew was very hard-working and on time. Job site overseeing was lacking from front office. Requested something in writing in the warranty but they failed to deliver after promising.

The two servicemen, Dan Lamarche, and Paul McCafferty were great. The windows look fantastic. They were very professional and cleaned up when finished. Great job. I would use them again without a doubt.

The installation crew, headed by Greg DeStefano was outstanding. They came in, explained everything and went right to work. If we had a question they took the time to answer. We could not have been more pleased with the service and results. We replaced all the windows in the house. The crew was on time and very professional. We could see that nothing was rushed, they insured that all the windows were properly installed. We also had a bow window replaced which was very difficult, yet Greg got it done quickly. In fact, if you had not seen the house with a bow window, you could not tell we replaced it. The only thing I can say is wow. I would recommend NewPro and especially Greg DeStefano s crew to anybody. Fantastic job does say enough.

The guy came out, he was on time and professional. He told me he would text me a quote that night and email me the details Monday. Never received anything. Guess they don?t want business.

We just had our new replacement windows installed this morning and we could not be happier! The quality of the windows is fantastic and the installation could not have been easier. They showed up exactly when they said they would and replaced 17 windows in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done and even offered to help me move the furniture back to its normal places. I would definitely use NEWPRO again and would strongly recommend them. I am looking forward to having my siding installed in a couple weeks!

The Newpro company made tears in about 10 of my window screens. They did repair them eventually, but we had to wait months. Another problem that they caused was never resolved. We were very disappointed with the carelessness they showed to our property. The new roof is perfect. But the customer service is not good.

Mike and Jon were awesome. Very professional and informative. They were out of Rhode Island and showed up to our home in Oxford on time and did outstanding work.

General Manager James Goodwin was fantastic. He helped through the entire process. He and all the Newpro staff cared so much about my experience and most importantly my home and my family. The windows look gorgeous and the installation was clean and efficient. I would recommend Newpro to any homeowner without the slightest hesitation.
