Dave Hamblett and Charlie Keraghan were very good workers, cleaned after themselves and would have them again for other jobs.

The workmanship is top quality, installers were courteous, efficient, and hard-working. Cleaned up very well after each day of work.

I needed a new roof and got a quote from a number of roofers. NewPro came and did a great job. I am very happy with my new roof and the cost.

Ryan Poirier from NEWPRO did an excellent job with our window repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very customer service oriented. He explained what he was doing and provided insight on window maintenance. He also checked our other windows while he was here. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to others.

Great service. After many years we needed a minor repair to one of our Newpro windows. Your Representative, Kevin Poirier, was on time and the repair was made in no time. I had Newpro representative Kevin Poirier came to my home today to replace a foggy window. He called an hour before arrival and arrived earlier than expected. He was courteous and professional and finished the job very quickly with no disruption to our home. He is a great representative of the company.

The New Pro Rep, Mike Giordano, was very professional and personable. He kept the demo mess to a minimum and cleaned up often. He obviously took pride in his work and did a first class job. He kept me up to date on the progress of the work and answered all my questions.

Awesome job done by the guys, Paul McCafferty, Trevor Bogdon and Dan Lamarche. Great bunch of guys and a pleasure to work with, highly recommended.

Great work

Very knowledgeable and professional sales, in-house, and installation crews. Johnathan and Patrick were very thorough in their explanation. Johnathan and Jenelle were great in keeping me up-to-date with progress and scheduling, and Eric Catenacci and Kurt Mello couldn't have been nicer or more efficient on the installation end. My mother is very happy with her new walk-in shower.

Quick and great job

Very poor customer service. Slow to return phone calls. I have a bathroom job scheduled and still waiting to be done, instead of them calling me with updates as items are back ordered I am stuck chasing them around. They were quick however to collect half the 16,000 dollars owed to them. To be honest if not for the language in our contract I would have cancelled my renovation by them and looked elsewhere.

Paul, Trevor, & Dan, were excellent, making sure my cat didn't get out while replacing my sliding door. They cleaned everything after the job was complete and were extremely respectful through the whole process. The windows look great!

The product is expensive but the warranty and the quality make it well worth it

Install team was on time. We had awful storm/wood windows previously and we are very excited and satisfied about our New Pro Windows. The initial salesman was very knowledgable and not pushy with the sale as we had experienced with other companies. Trevor and Gama did the installation and did a great job. Very professional, timely, and cleaned everything up and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left.
