From talking to others who had roofs replaced in the last few years, Newpro is overpriced and they also strongly discourage you from having other companies join the bidding. That being said, Ethan and his large crew showed up at 7:30 in the morning and had a fairly big roof finished by 2. They worked HARD and fast, got the work done and the area cleaned in record time. It is not easy to say if the work is perfect on a roof, I am not about to walk on it to check and there is not 3 feet of snow on it yet. But Ethan was easy to talk to about what was going on and I still can not get over how they worked and worked AND WORKED until the job was done much sooner than I expected it to be.

Ed Nagle from Newpro did an amazing job on my tub remodel. Itâ s a difficult space with a window in the shower area, in a small bathroom. Newpro also did the window replacement and Ed installed a sweet acrylic tub and waterproof acrylic floor to ceiling including around the window! Thanks guys, you rock!

The project was top notch and the final project turned out great. Trevor Bogdon and Gama Prado were professional and qualified to replace the patio sliding glass door. They were pleasant, speedy, and left the area clean upon completing the job, and they arrived on time, too.

Peter arrived at the designated time, went right to work, polite, efficient . Completion in record time.

Eric B arrived promptly at 8am as indicated by the scheduler. He provided explanations for everything he did, he also provided guidance when a few items were unexpected. He and the electricians Mike and Ryan, were professional, polite and very conscientious about insuring the area was protected with canvas and vacuumed all areas where demolition took place.At 3:45pm, Eric was finished and he walked my elderly parents and I through the instructions to use the Kohler walkin tub and its features. The finished product with the accompanying wall structure looked like it had been in the bathroom all along. It was absolutely beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better install process.

We love our shower, it s so nice and clean, it s so big I wish we had done it sooner. The man came in when did the plumbing one installed the shower, there was a slight problem or two along the way. Newpro is always there when you call.

I had a new bathroom window installed by Gamaliel Prado of Newpro..nice job! He was knowledgable, prompt and quick with the work and clean up. I am also having Newpro do the tub install, can't wait to see the end product!

Denis and Alex were very professional, polite and hard workers. They answered any questions we had. They worked well together and made a great team. Windows look great!

Kevin came to my home to repair the storm door and did an exacellent job.

From the initial sales meeting with John M. to the final installation with Mat Van L. Everything was explained down to the smallest of details, so we knew exactly what, where and when everything was to occur. Extremely professional in both cases. Mat is a perfectionist with an excellent work ethic. My wife and I are very pleased with the workmanship and how we were treated during our project.

If you are lucky enough to get Kevin to work on your project consider yourself very lucky. He is a perfectionist who is very talented at what he does. Personable and professional could not ask for anyone better. Thanks Kevin

Professional Job completed as promised

From the initial sales meeting with Mike C. to the installation with Paul McC. we could not be more pleased. We had old Newpro windows in our house and took a chance having them quote a price on new windows. Everyone was so professional AND helpful. Each gentleman worked with a partner. The last day, Mike C. worked alone since the job took longer than expected. He was wonderful to work with. We are most impressed with the high quality of the windows compared to the old windows and other cheap replacements. We highly recommend Newpro windows and will certainly use them in other properties as needed. Thank you Newpro for an outstanding team of professionals and for great products and service.
